Grill for hot and worked. However, the indicator light does not work. It is supposed to show you when it’s in and ready. With no light it made it difficult to gage even though the grill was on.

I researched several of these electric grills, some of them at twice the cost of this one. I’m glad I didn’t go for the more expensive ones, as this one is perfect. I actually use it on my balcony at my condo because I don’t want to have the odors of fried burgers, fish, etc lingering inside for hours after. It is perfect for what I wanted, leaves nice grill marks and has the taste of barbequed food. The pamphlet warns not to use “outdoors” but I believe that’s because it can’t get wet. I bring it back inside and clean it after every use, and there’s been no problems. I’ve used it several times and the only downfall is that the grill plate is a little time consuming to clean (just the underneath part because the nonstick coating is only on the top surface). But overall, it’s a great product and a good buy. Note: for those who would use it indoors, it does not have a fan but, as long as you remember to add water to the pan under the grill, most smoke is absorbed (and not a problem if used outside anyway).

My new “go to” appliance for quick and tasty food. Easy to use, dishwasher safe griddle and drip pan. Accurate heating gauge and heating element. I bought the grill and it would be perfect to be able to buy the grill/griddle combo plate as an accessory. I use this on my stove top, under the fan to draw out any smoke/odor and put water in the drip pan as well. I suggest setting it on a baking pan to catch any water condensation. It a great alternative to outdoor grilling, especially during colder weather. Highly recommend, would buy again.
UPDATE: The first time I use this I lined the drip pan with aluminum foil for easy cleaning. It is a non-stick surface so the second time I did not line the pan and now the drip pan is hopelessly spotted with stains from food drippings. Dropped the rating back to 4 stars.

I love being able to grill indoors! Winters here just bury our outside grill in snow.
I especially love the clean up process: just put parts in the dishwasher! And then it’s cleaner to use than a dirty outdoor grill anyway!
This was truly worth the price! It is smokeless, but of course, you can still have grease splatter so I still use my splatter screen, but the grill catches all the grease and cooks so evenly that our burgers have been so tender but cooked through. I am one happy wifey not having to wait on the husband to grill outside, or wait for summer!

It’s that time of year. We give up on meals cooked out on our gas grill because it’s cold and dark by dinner time, even if the deck isn’t snow covered yet. We got our Mueller smokeless grill and used it two nights in a row. The hamburgers were delicious. Next we grilled skinless chicken breasts. This is the thing my husband had been perfecting over the summer and was starting to miss. He is so happy with this little grill. The chicken breasts got beautiful grill marks and tasted great. Clean up of the grill was quick and easy. Would recommend this product.

Living in Florida, grilling in the Summer can be brutal… unless you have this baby! This electric grill is portable, easy to use, easy to clean and produces very little smoke using the water tray beneath the grill plate. The non-stick service easily wipes clean even after using sticky marinades. Whether you live in a rental situation where you cannot have an outdoor grill or you just want the convenience of grilling up a couple of steak tips or burgers ..etc, on a busy weeknight, I highly recommend this item which checks all of my boxes for indoor grilling.
