I have been using Muscle Milk Protein Powder for years and it’s the best 100% Whey Protein Powder on the market. The taste is great as far as the vanilla flavor goes. I can’t comment on the other flavors as I only use the vanilla. It mixes easily if you make a paste first using milk or water. If you’re a cook, think of making a roux, and then filling with milk or water. It has a slightly thicker consistency when made with organic whole milk like I make it. I mix it in my oatmeal for breakfast and make some GREAT TASTING SMOOTHIES with frozen fruit. It’s a great value for the price, especially when you can get it with a coupon. Comes in a durable container that you can reuse for other things.

I’ve comparison shopped dozens of protein powder and for the amount of servings and the amount of protein, this is by far the best value! It tastes VERY vanilla-y so keep that in mind (it might overwhelm other flavors if you mix it with other things). It blends just fine, hasn’t clumped too much so far, and is great quality with a huge amount of protein. I’d definitely recommend it if you don’t plan on mixing it with any other flavors 🙂 (and if you do, I’d recommend getting a different, less intense flavor)

I know you will never get the same flavor as you do out of pre mix but that in reality is not a down fall. This product has a lot to offer plenty of protein and a good amount of vitamins. Not bad flavor. Just disappointed it’s not lot like pre mix. That’s just my complaint. In reality. It’s good stuff over all. Good bang for your buck. Yes there is cheaper. I just prefer to spend my money on muscle milk products.

The ingredients are good and it mixes great as well as tastes good enough to get down. I am not one to drink protein as a drink to enjoy, I down it in like 10 seconds. I literally get a water bottle and use about 90% of it and mix 2 scoops shake it for 30 seconds and pound it down. Have been using this stuff for 2 years after being a loyal optimum customer. Definitely worth the buy if you want a solid protein powder that is drinkable. I also use it with shakes.
