I remember the first time I tried carnivor protein. It tasted horrible and I had to hold my nose sometimes. Carnivor Shred is a different story…. it tastes decent like most other proteins. I also do notice that it will stop my hunger and make me eat less like it advertises. But overall this is a good protein. Comes with a really good serving amount to last awhile and a good amount of protein per scoop.

I didn’t realize this had caffeine in it when I ordered it. I guess I should have read more carefully. The taste of this is not bad at first but the after taste is not good and lingers. I believe the after taste is from the caffeine in it. It is tolerable if you drink it like a shot, but that is my opinion. Other than the taste it does leave me feeling full but not bloated.

Ive used the standard carnivore before. People say that taste is bad. I cant fault it. No bad aftertaste or weird smells. If the nutritional information is legit then this product is great. I have lost 7lbs in the 3 weeks using this while training and have also been increasing the weight more and more each week too not getting any recovery aches

I finally figured out what was making me sick after several trials I now know this stuff is BAD. I originally thought it was just this new flavor of Vanilla Carmel which sounds great to me. It has a terrible smell and a worse taste. Once I isolated my food, medication, and protein intake to figure out what was making me sick, it is 100% this product.
I am trying to find out where I can have this tested to see what exactly is in it. DO NOT BUY it is either contaminated or just a unsafe product. UPDATE: I notified the manufacture last week and never heard back, No apology, no nothing. not even my money back. I have to pay to send the bucket back and since its been opened (used several times before knowing it was the protein that made me sick)they can deny my refund.

The vanilla caramel taste is a bit too strong. If you use a bit less of powder it’s better but then you lose the protein. No adverse stomach issues which is why I chose this.

1) su 30g di prodotto ha 9g di carboidrati e 18g di proteine. Il prodotto che acquistavo prima, aveva su 30g di prodotto 2.6g di carboidrati e 25.8g di proteine.
2) il gusto a me sembra amaro e finito di bere mi lascia una sensazione di bruciore alla gola. Spero che sia proprio il prodotto e che non abbia nulla che mi faccia male.

I Definitely have been in search for a lactose free protein that is more pure than other brands. Vegan brands weren’t cutting it with their artificial sweeteners and soy products.
Mixes very well with the helimix shaker cup ( I bought through Amazon) that doesn’t have a screen nor ball! No matter what protein anyone gets you’ll have to shake vigorously not just for 3sec. Tip add about 2oz-4oz of liquid of choice( I prefer water with this brand). Add your full scoop then add 4-6oz more of liquid. Shake vigorously for about 10-30sec.
Great taste slightly spicy. No stomach discomfort like I would with whey protein. No protein gas. I feel the green tea and Yerba mate ( for the caffeine boost) in about 20min after consuming the whole shake. Tip this is made for ppl that are in continuous training not for working out 1wk and off for a week. So stay hydrated and work out continuously you’ll get the results you want. You can take 1 hr before work out( don’t recommend 30 min before) and up to 1hr after.
Track your macros and micros consume your recommended amounts for your desired goal.

Seal is broke and there is not thing after the cap seems that somebody have used it and half of the product is taken from the stuff and the smell is worst looks alike expired product put in it .
