Awesome product, great price always. I love the results when taking this product. CLA generally helps more in body composition. You may notice a difference in the way your clothe fits and decreased body measurements. It aids in reducing body fat in the most stubborn areas especially around the belly, thighs and love handles. You may not notice much of a difference on the scale however, that doesn’t mean that you are not losing any weight but instead, you’re losing inches. Tonalin also helps with toning as you shed the pounds and therefore can be paired with your fat burners and supplements. It is an essential oil and is stimulant free and has no known side effects or interactions. I supplement with two to three a day- one with each meal. Of course, it helps to eat healthy portions and include some physical activities to your weight loss regimens.

A long time ago I read about the benifits of CLA after Dr Oz.mentioned it. Well I bought that brand (can’t think of the name) for awhile but then I thought why I am spending this amount for a liquid that taste’s somewhat ok when I’m sure I can find it in pill form. Pill form IMO is easier for some supplements such as this. Cause I can take it w/me in my purse on the go, traveling etc. So I tried a couple brands & I love this brand its a great price 2!!!!! I work long days and if I take this w/fish oil it really really really helps the food cravings and I can go longer w/out eating (I know that’s not good for u but sometimes at work I get so crazy I don’t have time until later on to eat) and if I take it before a meal I won’t eat as much. This is a staple in my house love it!!!!

I was recommended by a friend at my gym. I’m glad I gave it a try. This stuff really works well for me. I repurchased this after finishing a full 60 soft gel bottle. I took 1 soft gel three times daily and exercise regularly, I could see a result within a week.

I am a strong believer that different things work for different people’s body, no two bodies are the same, but when I read that people split a bottle with a friend or took not even a full bottle and it didn’t work I’m not surprised. Some research into the use of the active ingredient says to take the full dose for at least 6 weeks before you give up because it doesn’t work for you. It is impossible to achieve with one bottle if you are taking the 3-4 you really need. I haven’t experienced success with most things that other people do, just counting calories and going for walks for example does nothing to help me lose weight. I am working out, I am eating right, and was having weightloss success, but this product has helped cut my belly measurements in a way that I wasn’t having success at before taking it. I went from frustratingly seeming to lose from everywhere but my belly to taking off two inches after adding this to my regimen. I imgaine if it works for me it will work for many other poeple, but there is never one product that works for every single person.
