When I ordered this item I knew it was going to be refurbished and I was a little skeptical of the quality that was going to arrive at my door. I opened it up and it was perfectly clean, packaged securely, and it cooked very good. I made salsa chicken and my partner couldn’t stop eating it! Highly recommend refurbished products over new items. It is more eco friendly and sustainable for the Earth and your money.

I used it last night to cook my St. Patrick’s Day meal. I always heat my slow cookers up before I add my ingredients. I put it on Sear for 5 minutes. Then I put in my corn beef brisket in with 1/4 cup water. I put it on slow cooker, low for 7 hours. When I got up this morning, I added my cabbage, potatoes, carrots and onions. I put it back on for 1 hour. Everything was done and so tender. It works great!!!

Bought this thinking it was an unopened new product and when I try to register it the qr and sn are crossed out. Product is refurbished and I paid full price for something used and rebuilt. Unacceptable. Very upset with this sale.
