So far so good

Purchased 3 of these in different colors to use with paddle boards. Due to the reviews, I immediately changed the clip to locking clips so that there was no risk of it coming off. They worked fantastic! The cords are a great length, stretchy and yet strong! As beginners, we fell off our paddle boards plenty but our paddles were always there since this leash attached them to our board! Watched another family lose a paddle and it was found down the beach. Only reason it didn’t get five stars is because of the clip.
Amazon Customer –
Product information indicates that there’s two lanyards in one order. I only received one lanyard.
Linda –
Love that these attach to the kids life vests so they don’t lose the nets off the docks.
JSequino –
The carabiner is perfect size for hooking onto a ring on my paddleboard, however the red paint is a bit splotchy in a couple area. HunnyBadger don’t care as long as my paddleboard is secure.
The cord is nice and stretchy, the purple is a perfect match for my purple paddleboard. I kinda wish it secured better to the paddleboard because it moves up and down the handle but it’s not going to come loose so it’s fine.
This is a great gadget, and a 2-pack means I can use the other one for my kayak paddle. Sweet!

this has save me from losing my paddle many times. I had already lost a paddle. That is why I had purchased this, and most of my girlfriends have also purchased this.
Jacquie Lester –
Bon produit pour le rapport qualité/prix. L’extension semble bonne pour avoir suffisamment de liberté de mouvement sans être trop encombré par la “laisse” lors du pagayage.
pascal d’Asbestos –
Much better than expected. Great quality clip and rope. So many uses.
AnneMarie –
These bungee type cords are the best! My cousins and I can hook our boards together and float for hours. It’s also a great paddle strap or dock for paddle-up restaurants. All around great accessory to have.

Ahoy, fellow adventurers! Allow me to regale you with the tale of the OceanBroad Kayak Paddle Leash Stretchable Strap Lanyard Rope. A mouthful, isn’t it? Now, while I may not be shouting “Eureka!” from the mountaintops, this little contraption does have its merits.
Let’s start with the skinny on its thinness. Yes, it’s thinner than a piece of dental floss, which initially had me questioning its durability. I mean, could this stringy wonder really keep my precious paddle in check? Surprisingly, yes! It’s like the little leash that could, holding onto my paddle like a champ.
However, my dreams of towing a mini kayak behind me were swiftly dashed. Alas, this leash isn’t quite up to the task of playing tug-of-war with a watercraft. But hey, can we really blame it? It’s got one job, and it’s doing it admirably.
So, in conclusion, if you’re looking for something to ensure your paddle doesn’t go on its own adventure downstream without you, look no further. But if you’re hoping to turn your kayak into a makeshift tugboat, well, you might need to keep dreaming. As for me, I’ll be sticking with this trusty leash, and maybe investing in a proper towing system for my nautical fantasies. Fair winds and following seas, my friends! 🌊🚣♂️

I strap my cord to my kayak and also to the paddle. If in the event the paddle falls off my kayak it doesn’t drift away because it’s secured to my kayak.
Toni –
I love the color and the length on this strap. It is super easy to clip onto my paddle board and I don’t have to worry about my paddle if I jump off to swim. The cord is stretchy so if I need to reposition myself I have give.
Great price. Great product. Bought another one for a friend.
Paula –
I bought this for my inflatable kayak paddle. It is a great price to make sure, at any point during the time on the water, my paddle doesn’t float away. Lightweight, easy to attach, and doesn’t get in the way while paddling! After my kayak group saw mine, they got one for theirs as well!
