I’ve never had a bad experience with purchases on Amazon, but this is my first, and I want to share my story. People typically describe me as a patient, generous person… but I was really disappointed. The delivery was fulfilled by UPS.
Don’t buy the refurbished product. Even though I ordered “Like New” with “Cosmetic damage to the box” it arrived with 1/2 the parts missing–including one of the center bars, two of the feet gone, many of the screws damaged. I couldn’t even assemble the stand. Not worth the time to save $10 on a terribly banged-up synth stand.
It does seem sturdy. I just hope others don’t receive the half-of-a stand I received in the mail.

Nice solid product. Perfect for my 9 year oldβs Yamaha Reface keyboard. A little heavy for transporting and doesnβt really break down easily for packing.

I looked high and low for a stand to use for holding my Novation Impulse 25 Keyboard. Nothing less expensive will work nearly as well. The base on this stand is very heavy, the platform is the perfect depth, adjustable for different keyboard lengths, and highly adjustable for use either seated or standing. Its also adjustable for platform angle, and has a lip to keep the keboatd from sliding off, and has a couple thin foam rubber strips for added stability. Overall construction is fantastic. This thing is very solid. I’d have no problem trusting to hold a thousand dollar keyboard. Its more expensive than most, but this is the one you want if you care about your gear.

As far as the quality of the product, this is quite fine. Itβs strong and has a good weighted base. It can be expanded to hold larger keyboards but please note that expansion makes the surface less sturdy and less even.. the issues with evenness bother me a bit.. but the number one complaint I have is the height adjustment options.. unless youβre 3-4 feet tall, youβre probably not going to be able to use this at all unless youβre sitting down. If your plan is to sit down, you will have no problem with this limitation. I found the height restriction a bit misleading, but perhaps I didnβt do my research enough into its capabilities.

Iβm wondering why all these keyboard manufacturers keep making small format synthesizers. This stand will give those tools a home for live play. I still think a folding table does a better job for multiple pieces. But this thing does itβs job as expected.

Was looking for a stand for my array mbira and donβt have a lot of space in my music room. This mono pedestal stand seemed ideal, but I just wasnβt certain. Glad I got it β itβs perfect! The mbira weighs about as much as this stand, so I was a bit concerned about stability, but it is solid. The adjustable top also worked perfectly for this application, and even though some others donβt care for the small size of the tabs that keep equipment from sliding off, they work very well for this instrument. The only issue I have is for this instrument, I canβt lower it for seated playing but Iβm not certain any stand where putting knees underneath would work because of the height of the mbira.
Super simple to assemble. Very pleased!

Make sure you have a couple of pairs of pliers because you have to widen the base of the stand where the top connects to the hinge. It also helps to have a rubber mallet because you’re going to have to pound the top on. The hinge gets horribly scratched up but you can’t really see it. It’s just a lot of work.

This is solid, easy to assemble and adjust. Size was perfect for my use. I was impress how solid the material is for this price point!

I purchased this stand for use with a Yamaha Reface synthesizer. I dislike using tradition X-stands for small keyboards, so I decided to give this a try. It’s a good fit and provides a solid, stable stand for live performance–I would have no qualms playing a live gig with this. The assembly was not very intuitive though, and the included instructions aren’t super clear. I also haven’t traveled with the stand, but it doesn’t break down as easily as an X-stand. Happy with the purchase overall.

I needed a table to adjust to my short sitting height, table tilts as a modified easel, and the table expands from laptop size to keyboard size. It’s heavy sturdy, but has sliders to prevent scratching flooring. Carpeting? I dont have but could pick up and place elsewhere. It’s amazing table, worth the extra dollars.
