I got this bench as a long overdue upgrade to what I had. My brother made a bench out of scrap wood when I was in high school. I have been using it off and on for the many years since then. I finally decided to get another “real” bench and happened on this one from Oppsdecor. For under $60.00 you can’t go wrong if you aren’t needing a new bench for your Olympic set. I assembled it in a little under 30 minutes. Pro tip: there are several zip lock bags containing nuts, bolts, washers, etc. each one is labeled with a number. The number refers to the step number in assembly order. I also used a 1/2” and 11/16” socket instead of the little wrench that came in the included tool kit.

Having a weight bench in my workout room is now a thing I don’t understand how I did without for so long. Just working out with dumbbells is great but there’s nothing like the pump of a bench press.
This bench was super easy to set up and the construction feels pretty darn solid. As of right now, I’ve got an Olympic bar with 45 and 25 on each side and it doesn’t even seem to wobble at all. It’s a great weight bench and I would 100% recommend for the price and for the quality it’s a great great option!

This weight bench is a great find. As I begin to take my workouts more seriously and incorporate weights into my routine, this bench will be an ideal complement. It features a backrest adjustable to various positions and padded leg cushions for comfort. Assembly was straightforward; and easy. The weight bench as a whole is light and very maneuverable. I managed to complete it by myself in roughly 30 minutes. While I’ve encountered less expensive options, the quality and price of this one seem quite reasonable.

This is a quality weight bench and is made very sturdy. I feel totally safe resting on it with weight and I’m 320lbs. Everything you need comes in the package with it and it only took a half hour to assemble from start to finish. It’s nice and heavy so won’t bob around while you move and it’s fully adjustable to the positions you need for most at home workouts. A++

This is a nice quality workout bench, very versatile and a great addition to my home gym. Assembly was easy and the nuts/bolts packages were numbered. Easy to adjust the back/leg and move around with the handle. Its foldable design is perfect in terms of storage while still enjoying a full-fledged workout experience. The settings/ranges of incline/decline positions helps with diverse exercises. Its a reliable, durable bench without compromising on functionality, nicely cushioned. The adjustments are plentiful including changing the angle on the seat not just the back to keep your spine well aligned. I experienced zero wobble when doing step-ups. If you don’t have space problem than no need to remove (3) pins to fold as they might get lost. I’m very happy and highly recommend.

I’ve never had my own home work out bench, but have wanted one for the longest time, so when I saw this one from Oppsdecor come up in my feed, I couldn’t wait to try it out. Honestly, the instructions were a bit confusing, and definitely not intuitive, but with a bit of deciphering, perseverance, and patience, I was able to put it together — and once I did, was thrilled with the result.
It’s attractive, stable, and you’re able to do a variety of exercises including inclines, flat presses, declines, abs, rows, etc. The component parts are all made of quality metal and the pads seem pretty darn durable. I also love you’re able to fold it flat and store it out of the way when you want to. I only wish there was some kind of holding area built into the design to hold the pins you need to remove in order to fold it up. Though I work out mostly at the gym, it’s nice to know that now I can get a pretty good workout at home whenever needed.
Overall, a great bench and highly recommended.
