I took a picture of them next to a regular sized water bottle for scaling the size of the pills, they are very big but if you take it with a drink its not bad at all. No taste, no smell, small bottle filled to the top and sealed.

It’s a great product. I just take two every day at the same time. I’m normally physical at work and constantly doing things. So without even having to go to the gym and definitely helping the muscle mass and strength I want. Even in a couple weeks, I am able to feel and see the difference

Although, my most recent order of this creatine somehow did not make it to me, I was purchasing my second bottle because I was really surprised how well it worked. I had went back to the gym after a long long while when I first bought it and it helped immensely with the terrible muscle pain that you get when started a new workout regimen. Within a few hours I noticed that the muscle pain was much more manageable. As I have continued to use it, I started taking 2 tablets before my workouts instead of after and I noticed that I had way more stamina and was working out longer and harder than before. The capsules are little on the bigger side but I personally don’t have problems swallowing them. They don’t really have a smell either. They are a little pricey but I feel like the price it actually worth it. I will say that when I first started taking them I think they made me retain extra water all over, but after consistently taking them for a few weeks that went away.

Easy to swallow, good quality creatine. Gelatin casing makes the pills easier to swallow. Note they use beef gelatin not pork.

Have been buying this (same brand, same size) since 2016 for about $25 a bottle, price rising slowly from $24 to $26. Stocked up so haven’t bought in a couple years. I look today and it’s $62? Not just on Amazon, on the vendor website too. What the heck?
Other than the price gouging, obviously I like this. I take a low dose everyday, not a loading schedule. It does give a little more energy, no side effects, I trust this brand.

Took me a while to write a review because i want to wait first until my husband can notice any result.
First of all, my husband said it doesn’t taste anything. Which is really good. It dissolves so fast when mixing. The ingredients are good and he said that he feels like he recovers fast after taking it.
I noticed he did gain more bicep muscles ever since he started taking it. So he is happy with the purchase i am happy too.
Over all. Great purchase. Would definitely buy again.

I take 3 capsules a day as apparently it gives me 3.75gr of creatine – enough for my fitness goals as a female. Like the format, way better than powder, and I don’t mind paying a bit more for that.

Unlike creatine powder, the capsules are easy to pack in vitamin cases and to take in the morning before my first meal. The creatine is easy on the stomach, and I could see my muscles increase by the time I finished my first bottle of capsules. They were affordable and lasted me a whole month.
