I put these light bulbs in my 2nd Gen Tacoma to replace the stock bulbs. WOW- big difference in brightness. So far so good, I’m hoping they last at least a year but I’ll probably buy a back up pair in a few months.
In order to use these high power bulbs, I had to upgrade the wiring harness- you can learn about this process in the Ultimate Headlight Upgrade thread on the TacomaWorld forum. I used the “headlight services” wiring harness. I had a kind of difficult time installing both the bulbs and the harness. I definitely advise careful attention and caution going into the process!

These work great in my Toyota Tacoma. I do not get flashed by people, so I assume I am not blinding other drivers. I do not care for the looks of “modded” headlights with LED projectors and such. These are a great improvement of the light out of a stock headlight housing and greatly improves my night driving confidence.

lampade arrivate in un imballo osceno…tuttavia confezioni integre e sono funzionanti…luce molto chiara..le ho installate abbinate ad un impianto a doppio relais su un vecchio fuoristrada e il risultato e’ notevole…strada illuminata a giorno…sono veramente contento di questo acquisto…ribadisco comunque che per non friggere l’impianto elettrico standard vanno necessariamente installate previo montaggio di relais dedicato..altrimenti il carico elevato fa cuocere o il devioluci o l’interruttore fari..

These are noticeably brighter than the high wattage Hella H4 bulbs I had been using. They are built similarly but the filaments are actually straight. Time will tell on the longevity, but no issues after a month of daily night driving.
Edit: over a year later they’re still going strong.

These bulbs perform really well. Much better light output than a standard 60/55w bulb was doing in my 98 Tacoma, and I was already using silver stars.
The seller also shipped really fast BOTH times because I didn’t realize I was only buying one bulb. So make sure to put two in your cart.
