This is the only pellets brand that I will feed my rabbit. Adult rabbits need timothy based pellets. The feed stores near me only carry alfalfa based pellets which is fine for babies and rabbits being raised for meat, but not adult rabbits (too much calcium). My male mini rex kept getting GI blockages on alfalfa pellets and almost passed away 2x. I switched him to this high end oxbow timothy pellet and he has been blockage free for years. He is 8 years old now with a beautiful coat and great body condition. I love this food! The only thing I don’t love is how the price has nearly doubled in the lats year. Worth the cost tho!

My bunnies love this food. I have always gotten Oxbow and switched between Garden and Essentials a few times. This one is the go-to if you are going to go through it within a year. It seals back and expiration dates are usually 18-24 months away from when you receive them. I feed them a little bit more than the recommended dose, but that is simply because my bunnies always look hungry and how can you resist those paws!
