I bought this bird feeder several weeks ago and it’s a very nice bird feeder. I like how it’s a 2 tier feeder so many more birds come to feed from it. It’s very well made and very durable. It’s easy to fill with bird food and it’s easy to wipe clean. I highly recommend this feeder.

I like this bird feeder because it looks nice, holds a lot of seed, has a lot of places for the birds to sit, and the roof hangs over enough on the top tier to help protect the food tray from rain. The bottom tier could use an awning too to protect from rain though but everything else is ok. It’s nice how it has enough room for the medium and small sized birds to sit and eat length and width wise. It holds a lot of seed. I’d say I can fit almost a 5 pound bag of seed in here. This is nice to have as an extra feeder too, if I want to go out of town for a couple days then the birds will have enough to eat along with their other feeders. I wish it was a little easier to clean, if there was a way to undo the metal cable that holds it together then all the parts could be taken out separately and washed more easily. Currently the metal cable doesn’t detach, so to wash it, it’s a little clumsy and inefficient. Otherwise I’m happy and the birds seem happy.

I purchased this feeder last fall, but gave up and replaced it today (mid-Feb). I have the same feeder with 1 tier and love it. Well made, looks nice, easy to fill and clean. Attracts a nice variety of birds but is too small for larger “nuisance” birds like starlings. I was so excited to see the 2 tier style and things started out great but once we got into winter? Too many problems. The lowest part of it isn’t covered enough by the roof and the food in the tray kept getting wet and then freezing. There are no drainage holes in the section where the food comes out. Here in Michigan we tend to go up and down – things constantly thaw and re-freeze. It got to the point where I couldn’t even scrape the frozen food out and the birds were not using the lower section at all. I took it down this morning and put something else up. Overall this is a nice feeder but probably better suited for an area not so wet/cold or to hang where it’s more protected from the elements.

The 2 tiers have a central connector that allows you to use a funnel to place a different type of food in the bottom portion and then top off with a different variety. We enjoy observing the birds gathering at both levels from our dining room window.

This is a really great bird feeder. It’s big, holds a lot of bird food (about 3 big Chobani yogurt container size scoops of bird seed), and multiple birds can (and do) perch on it to eat food simultaneously. It seems high quality, like it should last for quite a while.

When I first ordered this feeder, it came with an S hook. I hung it from a chain using the S hook. This was a poor decision and within a couple weeks my beautiful new feeder fell down and the plastic cracked. I emailed the company to ask if I could buy a replacement tube. They don’t sell replacement tubes but they sent me a brand new feeder (This time without the faulty S hook)!! I secured the new feeder with a steel carabiner hook and it’s been fine ever since. The lids of the second feeder also fit more securely.
Pros:
Holds a lot of seed
Many birds can perch on the rings at once
Cons:
Birds spill a ton of seed
Can’t use in the winter because snow gets inside the feeder and makes the seed moldy and frozen
Overall it’s really nice feeder and if this company were to come out with a tube design I would would buy that for the winter.

Appears to be quality made, good value. Lid shuts securely keeps the rain out, so far it’s been squirrel proof. Super easy to clean and the perches allow many birds to feed at once.

Excellent bird feeder! Easy to fill and holds enough feed for weeks. Both perch levels are available as the feed is consumed. Easy to hang and sturdy. Large birds can access both perches. This bird feeder is my go to gift for the summer!
