Perfect size for the basic items for a weekend trip. Travel size when you aren’t bringing your own boat and space is limited.
Also keeps smaller tackle items organized like the Kastmasters and spoons. Also works great for terminal tackle items too.

When I noticed the price drop on Amazon, I thought I would buy a few and see what all the buzz was about. I like the smaller 3500 sizes boxes and bought few of those in the Flex series. I like that the dividers are precut and the box is very customizable. The water wick is nice touch but a bit of a gimmick. It’s only going to hold so much moisture and is too small to seem very affective. The big reason for me to even upgrade was the so called “Improved Latch and watertight gasket.” One peculiar observation is, I never seen any of the You Tuber’s perform a dunk test. I performed one for them. I put a paper towel inside the box, submerged in a bucket of water for a minute and it failed. To be fair, there wasn’t a lot of water inside but the paper towel was wet and there was enough water inside to ruin your lures. I would say it’s about the same waterproof as the last gen is.
Would I buy these again? Probably not. Save your money and put your box in a Zip-lock bag-lol!

The 3500 size fits perfectly in side slots on an ampd marine tackle organizer for Vexus VX21. I use them for technique specific weights and hooks. Punching, drop shot weights, bullet weights, wacky/nails, split shot/carolina, They’re great for this purpose and make changing / re-rigging super fast.

These boxes are fantastic, really the best you can get at the moment. The ONLY gripe is about 50% of the time when you latch it shut, either side just BARELY doesn’t close all the way. You have to apply even pressure at the bottom of the latch and be very mindful when you close it, because it’s difficult to tell visually whether it is completely sealed or not. I’d bet my bucket the reviewer to claims they are not water tight didn’t notice it wasn’t completely sealed. Giving 5 stars not because they are perfect, but they are by far the highest quality boxes you can get at the present moment.
