I used to do a lot of hiit cardio with weights in between but having two bulging discs in my lower back I feel a lot of pain after each hiit session. I read about ellipticals being easy on hips and joints and so I came browsing on Amazon and came upon this PooBoo brand. I must say I love this elliptical. It took me roughly 45 minutes to set it up. The instructions were fairly straightforward and the parts were mostly labeled. The elliptical is quiet and feels quite sturdy. I am 4ft 11 weighing at 100 lbs the stride length is perfect for me. I have not tried out the Bluetooth setting as yet but so far I am quite satisfied with this purchase. I feel quite the workout in my arms and legs with even the lowest resistance especially after a weighted workout. Highly recommend.

A great perk right of the box is that it wasn’t difficult to assemble. The packaged screws came in separate pouches by step, which makes it easy to stay on track. The elliptical is super quiet compared to my old one, which is pleasant to say the least. I do enjoy the adjustable phone mount and the ability to quickly change the tension. I haven’t really used the monitor since I do all of that through my smart watch, but I would say this is a great machine in this price range.
