My husband and I bought two of these shelves. One is larger/wider. We need then for our workshop. I do art glass and I wanted the smaller one to hold my small glass sheets, bottles of frit, and some small tools.
I put the small one together by myself this past weekend. It took us awhile to get around to assembling them because of some things that came up (life). All of the hardware was present in the box and it was packed really well. The instructions were good. I’m a technical writer and I shudder at most assembly instructions but it was clear that they put some effort into the ones for these shelves. It’s not a complicated assembly but the illustrations and instructions assure you know what to do and a few points to be careful about (e.g., having things in the correct orientation).
The shelving itself (pressboard) is not as thick and strong as I’d like but I knew that when I bought them and if we need to swap some stronger boards for a some of these shelves, we don’t mind. They will be plenty strong enough for most of what we’ll have on the shelves. My main concern is my stained glass sheets. They are heavy. I won’t exceed the weight limit per shelf but I think the glass will really test that limit and for that reason I’ll use a heavier duty board for those shelves.
I also plan to seal the shelves just in case of moisture.
It was really nice that the gloves and rubber mallet are included in the box. I did use the mallet and was glad to have it because I didn’t have one of my own beforehand (and wouldn’t have wanted to use a regular hammer). Many of the pieces fit together with a little muscle power, no mallet needed, but others needed a bit of pounding. My husband showed me to place a small board over the top end when connecting the upper half of the structure to the lower half. At first I had a hard time getting those pieces to fully connect, but using a board between the mallet and the bracket was like magic! Right together!
I have the smaller one in place with some of my things on it. I will anchor it to the wall, but I wanted to be sure of placement first. I’ll build the larger one soon and we plan to order at least one more of the large one. We wanted to seem them first before getting more.
Yes, you can buy sturdier shelves but these are a very good deal, appear to be well made and well thought-out, and I’m sure they will work for us for years to come and we are glad to have them. And you get the bonus of the mallet!
We did have a problem with the delivery but that was not the vendor’s fault. The carrier delivered both boxes to the wrong address in our rural area. They left then leaning against a fence outside of the person’s property (i.e., carrier photo) and someone stole them before we figured it out. We know the people and we know they wouldn’t have kept them themselves. The vendor assured me I shouldn’t worry and they sent us replacement shelves right away. I did inform the carrier that it was their mistake and I hope that the vendor’s claim is honored, that they are not out of pocket on this.
We won’t hesitate to order from this vendor again, both because of their great customer service and because we are happy with the shelving.

I recently purchased the PrimeZone Storage Shelves 2 Packs 5 Tier Adjustable Garage Storage Shelving, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with this product. Here’s why:
Assembly:
The shelves were incredibly easy to assemble. The package came with all the necessary tools and clear instructions, which made the process smooth and quick. It was a relief not having to search for extra tools or figure out confusing directions.
Sturdiness:
Once assembled, the shelves felt very sturdy. The heavy-duty metal construction gives me confidence that they can hold a significant amount of weight without any issues. I haven’t loaded them to full capacity yet, but they seem robust enough to handle everything I plan to store.
Usage:
I bought these shelves to organize my garage and get items off the floor. They are perfect for this purpose. The adjustable tiers are a great feature, allowing me to customize the shelf heights according to my needs. This flexibility means I can store items of various sizes efficiently.

I ended up buying 5 of these. They are a decent shelf, fairly easy to put together and once assembled they are don’t wobble.
About half of the shelves had one horizontal section where one of the male nubs was bent and did not fit into the vertical section female hole. I used a hammer (a metal one, not the rubber mallet) and a bench vice anvil to bend it back to where it should be. That took about 5 mild hits, and other than being annoying, it was fine.
The particle board shelf is what you expect. It looks…ok, and bends a little when you load the shelf up with heavy objects. I put a gallon sized glass carboy filled with…fluid, and about 30 cans of food on one shelf. The shelf is holding fine with just a noticeable amount bending in the middle. I am considering staining and sealing the shelves so they don’t warp in humidity.
There is a top and bottom to each horizontal bar. Don’t do what I did and assemble two whole sets, fill them with items, and then realized you have to disassemble it to flip the bars to properly support the shelf (sad face). Up is the wider side, down is thinner, it will be obvious when assembling.
The paint will scratch and chip where metal slides against metal when you tap the horizontal bars into position. If you want a beautiful shelf, this won’t be it. But actually from halfway across the room, they look nice.
Over all, I would buy this again (well I did buy it again). They are about as good as you can expect from a shelf half to a third of the price of “good” shelves.
