This is a good product and the only contact lens solution I can use. I don’t understand why the price has gone up so much!! It has gone up $10 since my last order and I usually have to order this every couple of months.

Arrived a day early, intact, and product doesn’t expire until February 28th, 2025. Have ordered this before and all 12 bottles lasted me daily for 10 months (just over a bottle a month). Fantastic price for how long it’s lasted!

We had to purchase this for my son’s ortho-k lenses. Unlike traditional saline solutions, PuriLens Plus is free of preservatives, which can be irritating to the eyes. This is especially important for Ortho-K lenses, which are worn for extended periods. The saline contains a unique hydrating agent that helps lubricate the lenses and keeps them moist. I use Purilens for a toric lens. It is great stuff. But it has only one year before the expert date. I have only one lens and I don’t know if I can use up all of the bottles by that time.
However it was delivered very promptly; the next day.

Perilens is a preservative free eye rinse and contact lens rinse. As an Optician I use it to rinse my eyes out and use it to lubricate my eyes. It is to be used for rinsing contact lenses. However, I am allergic to all preservatives and this rinse makes my eyes feel good. You have to break the seal to open the container. It is important to keep the inside of the top from touching your counter or sink keep it clean and put the top back on the container when you are done using the saline. Make sure to seal it tight to keep the solution sterile. This is how I use it and do not tell others to do the same.

I SPOKE TO PURILENS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MINI BOTTLES ARE TO BE ONLY HALF FULL AS THIS IS THE TWO OUNCES ALLOWED FOR AIRLINES.

I wear the old, hard plastic contact lenses, or the gas-permeable kind. This solution is clean and gentle to my eyes, never burns or causes issues and was recommended to me by my eye doctor. Adds a nice layer of moisture to these old eyeballs…!

I find it does have a little sting a little, when I first insert my lens, which I assume is the boric acid?
The volume of the order was excellent and the price was very reasonable, used to use Lacril tears and the pink saline tubes, I’m finding this solution a very good replacement .
I ordered it after reading a review of shard contact eye solutions recommend by a keratinous sufferer who wears scleral lens. I have yet to try the cleaning solution he recommend, but so far they were great tips.

I have extremely, ridiculously dry eyes and go through tons of eye drops. This saline solution helps with the cost and constant need of moisture or washing out muscus that forms because of the dryness. I also use refresh ointment and individual moisturizing drops.

Perfect size for traveling. Somewhat pricey at four dollars for a 2 ounce bottle of preservative free sailing. As I don’t check luggage and generally travel with a carry-on, this is the perfect solution. Each bottle lasts approximately 5 to 6 days using it twice a day – to put in my contacts in the AM and to remove them at night. I like to keep a bottle on the nightstand next to the bed as sometimes my eyes become very dry in the middle of the night and this is a lifesaver.

This preservative-free product is great. It had made it possible for me to wear contact lenses without irritation, and I’ve used it for a number of years. This new price, however, is utterly ridiculous. In the recent past, the 12-pack was being sold here for about $45. Now, the price has suddenly jumped to $87! I just checked the Purilens web site and found that the 12-pack is being sold there for $35.99. I am beyond baffled by this new pricing by Amazon. (Per the Amazon web site, the product is sold by Amazon, rather than a third party). Because of this change in price, I purchased a different company’s more reasonably priced ($45), preservative-free saline—Aqua Naina—sold by Chemtex (the company that makes the product) through Amazon.
