I ordered it in a group of several components for a build. I have received everything else, even parts that were ordered a week after this and the tracking info says it has been sitting in Denver for 7 days.

Works ok. Just ordered my second one. After about 4 years and 4000 miles mine needs replacing. It got very creaky and looks like it rusted out on the non drive side. I don’t really do any obstacles but do stand up on my pedals.

I can’t evaluate the feel & fit of this bottom bracket yet….
My LBC’s don’t carry this proprietary installation tool, and my standard Shimano tool will not fit over their hub.
What I can tell you is I will most likely not be buying race face again.
I do not appreciate being price gouged for a simple installation tool, ( whereas the shimano version is less than $7 bucks.

I’ve been using this for about 2 years now on my mtn bike and no problems. Its a good strong $30 bottom bracket. It isn’t a light weight top end part but works well for what I do which is regular XC riding with lots of roots and rocks.

This is my second Race Face replacement in ten years. Both started creaking within a few days. The bike shop says these are highly-stressed and should be changed every year. Maybe I’m getting good service from them, but I’m going to try another brand next time, just to be sure.
