After watching a video my coworker made with his drone, I wanted a drone. After reading many reviews and purchasing a dud drone. I decided to purchase this drone. Although out of the box it looks like pretty much all other drones I’ve found this drone has many great features for a nice price. I’m still a beginner and I have flown this drone around our property and taken some nice pictures and video within the first flight. It’s very simple to learn and the batteries last much longer than the other one I purchased. I’ve flown it in the wind and had great control over the drone as well. As for all the feature, I’ve tried the feature where the drone flights around you and that is really nice. As for the the price I believe I got a great deal and would purchase this drone again.

This was exactly what I was looking for! I had never owned a drone before, but wanted to do something that was affordable, and easy to use. It is a lot of fun to fly and is very motion, sensitive and records. Great videos! I would totally Recommend this as a first time drone owner.

I’ve been wondering for a while now what the drone hype was all about. Did a fair amount of research and decided to buy this. Everything you need to get flying is in the box, and the included instructions are clear and concise. The drone and controller have a very solid feel and appears well made, much better than I expected considering the price. Setup and calibration of the drone and configuration of the software (on your phone) is super easy and trouble free. The flight performance of the drone and stability in a hover blew me away, I was immediately comfortable with flying this thing knowing that if I got confused about the orientation of the drone all that I had to do was let go of the controls and let the drone right itself and wait for me to figure out what I was doing.
Once I got comfortable with flying I tried out some of the other features such as follow me and they do work as advertised – pretty neat. Battery life is as advertised and pretty good!
All in all, it’s a great, stable drone for someone getting started in flying drones and are unsure if “it’s for them”. The included camera is certainly good enough to what your appetite for aerial photography.
I have no regrets in buying this drone and would confidently recommend it to anyone getting started in the hobby.

I had put off buying a drone for several years. I used to fly model airplanes and small RC helicopters and didn’t think this would be fun or challenging. Well, I was wrong. As I got older the challenge part became less important and I just wanted something to entertain the grandkids. I bought a cheaper drone that had great reviews on Amazon, but I just wasn’t happy with the camera. So I sent it back and got this DJI. That was a great decision. This drone is awsome. It’s very easy to get started flying. I started flying it around my home and as I’ve gotten used to it I’ve flown it a little over a quater mile away. I’m on the east coast, so its very flat here and trees block my line of sight pretty quickly. No problem with this drone, just use the little orientation view at the bottom of the screen. Get it high enough to miss any trees and just fly the icon back to you. Or of course just hit return home. This is a great value and was well worth the extra money it cost over the cheaper one I sent back. The camera gimbal alone works so much better on this drone. My pictures and videos are rock solid always. I flew this above my roof looking for issues. So easy to do and with the 2x zoom, you can see any problems up there. Also there are so many more options for help on the DJI drones. It seems everybody has a video showing tips for these drones.
