The package arrived in great condition. The box was in great condition, but there is a 7 inch round and inch deep dent in the product. It had to come that way from the manufacturer. The box was fine. The delivery people were friendly and handled the item with care. Amazon support said I needed to return it, because they couldn’t guarantee the functionality with the dent. BUT, it took me talking to 17 people at Amazon to organize a return. Then, once the return was organized, the pickup company came over 24 hours early. As I sit here, I got a text for the pickup tomorrow. Amazon support who coordinated this said that I would have my refund immediately. Guess what? I do NOT. They haven’t even recorded the item as a received return. I HAD TO CALL AMAZON TO TELL THEM it was picked up. I HAD TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. The shipping company that picked it up didn’t have paperwork for me AT ALL, so I had to take a picture of their form they had me sign. Amazon refuses to recognize this as a returned item at this point. I am now on hold with the TWENTY FIRST HUMAN BEING who is actually quite kind, but doesn’t have authority to help me. She’s doing her best. I’ve lost track of how many phone calls it’s been. For the refund, and how many hours I’ve had to work to get my refund, I think I’m making about FIVE US DOLLARS an hour on getting my money back. I am totally at a loss, and was last told I will get my money back in THIRTY DAYS. Not the “Immediately” I was told when I started this process. THIRTY DAYS. Buyer beware. Don’t buy BULK ITEMS FROM AMAZON.
The refrigerator cools well, but doesn’t have separate freezer control. My product sweat on the back wall, which the manual says is a door seal problem. Considering the damage is right near the door seal and the door frame was bent, I guess that is probably the issue. I’m disappointed I had to send it back. I really liked it. I will buy it somewhere else….. in THIRTY DAYS I guess.

I love everything about the fridge except for the shelving setup. I wish there was more mobility for the shelving as I currently had to remove 1 shelf to make taller items fit. Will follow up later as we just received it today. As for the shipping, it was shipped via Amazon and the Driver was awesome and there was no damage to the package or the fridge 😊

Unlike many other reviewers of this product, my RCA RFR725 2 Door arrived without dents and seemed in good order. I followed the installation instructions and began to use the refrigerator for overflow in our mother-in-law suite. At the time I didn’t use the freezer, so I didn’t notice the problem for a few weeks. Then I opened the freezer and found it to be full of frost. Initially, I thought I must have set it too cool, so I unplugged it for defrosting. After a day of melting I dried it up and returned it to operation. Unfortunately, the frost returned and I had to take a hard look at it. What I found was what appeared to be a partially melted freezer door gasket. So the door will not seal and this causes frost to form over the entire freezer. So now, I am stuck writing this review and looking for a replacement freezer door gasket. If anyone else has had to replace their gaskets please post a link to this review. I will do the same once I find one. Thank you.

1st off, I had it plugged in over 7 hours before the compressor finally shut off. I have the temp set on 3.5.
(NOTE) While typing this and taking 2 extra photos, the compressor already came back on and it’s quite cool in my home. Not a good sign and it isn’t super quiet either. The 8-10 year old 3.2 cu. ft. one I have is quieter. Sounds like there are critters inside running around.
The top has a double dent, while not a huge issue because it’s on the top and I’ll have something up there, when I pay $400 for something, I really don’t want it to come with dents. There is also one on the back a little bigger, but again, on back so I don’t care.
They have it protected with a cling film that took me nearly an hour to get it all off. While happy it’s protected, does it really have to be that hard to get off? I’d have left it on the sides and top, but it was already torn on one side and looked bad.
Within 1 hour the back wall had frosted (in the refrigerator, not the freezer) so that tells me there isn’t much insulation in this unit. The freezer actually seems to be doing quite well.
I bought this for my home office as I’ve been using a 3.2 cu.ft. for probably 8-10 years and it did just fine (still does) but I wanted more space. This fridge isn’t as deep on the shelves as my 3.2 is, but there is lots of room on the doors. But to be totally honest, the layout of the fridge isn’t quite what I thought. I won’t use the crisper for anything other than some soft drinks.
It (the new one) is wider left to right but again as I can keep 6 water bottles abreast and 4 deep (5th one overhangs).
The freezer is small and it is what I wanted and expected on that note. I took a photo with a water bottle sitting inside for scale. 16.9oz size.
I’m hoping my drinks are much colder by tomorrow though. My small one has the freezer section inside, so my drinks stayed extra cold, but it was a PITA to clean the slab of ice once it froze over. So, I’m going to give this a week or two before I decide to keep it or send it back. Time will tell.
The jury is still out but the verdict isn’t looking too favorable at this time.

Purchased this two months ago and was washing the shelf today and it just shattered. It was like an explosion.
