I do not write large letters/words, and the amount of space used in wide ruled and collage rulled paper is a waste.
So I buy the 1/4″ lined paper. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. I fit the same amount from 2-3 sheets of wide ruled and 1.5-2 sheets college ruled paper on 1 sheet of this 1/4″ lined paper.
It comes with tear away/perforated and glue tops. Glue tops fall apart more so then perforated sheets (tear away). I prefer perforated, but if I cannot get that for same or less, I’ll go with glue top.
This should be on shelves at the stores as a selection!

I love these narrow-lined pads — I’ve already purchased 6 dozen of them for the office. Unlike some other brands claiming to be narrow-lined that I’ve ordered here, they were college-ruled — and there’s a difference. Returned those. I’ve not had ink bleed through, and I use gel inks. They’re not super thick, but they are perfect if you don’t have to throw them around much. Great for notes, meetings, brainstorming and more because you can fit a LOT of info on one page.
As a heads up, you will always have to have it on a hard surface like a table or desk, or something else, because the backing isn’t designed to provide much of any support. If you write on your lap you’ll probably need a clipboard. So, they’re A+ for the right application, not so great if you are not at a hard surface.

The paper quality and ruling is very good. The perforation is located above (and hidden by) the binding, so the papers don’t tear off easily.
