Like: Affordable
Dislike: 1) Shelf rails are very thin metal. 2) Because of the thin metal, it’s very difficult to put together because it pops out of the holes.

I ordered two of these for my husband’s storage needs. I love the look of these shelves. They came with all parts packaged well and with gloves and a mallet. No screws were needed. The shelf heights are adjustable. You can even separate each shelf to use as two shorter shelves. (The extra foot pads are included for this purpose).
A few things to note. The frame locks into place with pressure from a rubber mallet. If you try to move the shelves after it’s built, the shelf will fall apart. It’s best to build in the area where the shelf will be used.
The frame is not a heavy duty metal. It has a bit of flexibility to it. But that’s not a big deal for our current needs. It still holds alot of weight and holds steady when put together.

As other reviewers have mentioned, these are VERY flimsy shelves. Them stating it holds 2,020 pounds is a joke. The wood used is a compressed board, very thin, less than .25″, closer to .200″. The worst part is the smell. I put this together over 2 weeks ago and I can still smell the shelves. It smells toxic, it’s really bad. The metal is super thin as well, the supports in the middle help but there is NO way these shelves can hold 404 pounds. That’s an absolute joke and a lie. MAYBE they can hold 30 pounds, I’m not sure I’d want to try to put 50 pounds on it. I need to find something else, these won’t work for my needs.

Now I’m not saying this is the best shelves but for the price point, it was well worth the money. As people state the materials are pretty thin, which I didn’t really notice when purchasing until the I opened the box. The boards of wood they provide are very fine but considering the brackets then have around the ends as well as the one across the center, it really holds it weight.
If you want you can easily just buy a plywood and replace it with a sturdier piece if that bothers you. Overall though, it really holds up well at holding all my tools and I would definitely buy this again for it’s price point.

These shelves were easy to assemble, and easy to adjust for present needs. They come with many pieces of hardware to arrange as desired, and look good in my garage. The material of the actual shelves is probably not the most long-lasting or waterproof/ stainproof, but one could certainly cover with shelf liner or something to protect the surface. I am pleased with the product and the value for what I got.

Wow! I am just impressed by the quality and packaging of this shelf. This is my 3rd heavy duty shelf this year with pretty similar prices. I am so happy about this one and immediately regretted about my 2 previous shelves! The packaging is nearly perfect. It includes everything with some extras + pair of knitted gloves and plastic hammer. Instruction is pretty detailed and clear. This shelf was assembled by one woman’s power with bare hands for less than 30min. 2 people would be better in the beginning. Its metal is sturdy and barely can be bent by hands rather than my old ones. Additionally, the shelf has plastic anchors for joints. And can be rearrange into 2 smaller shelves with hardware included). Its price (bought with special offer for about $50) made it just perfect. Unfortunately, I don’t have more space in my garage. Otherwise, I’d definitely fill it with more such shelves. (Not paid review by Amazon or Reibii).
