These bulbs have been a great purchase! We bought them for our Red-Footed tortoise a few weeks ago and one’s still going strong, especially since it’s been running 24/7. It’s awesome it comes with two for the inevitable time when the other will burn out. The heat this bulb puts off is pretty good for what it is, but, thankfully, the few brief times I’ve touched it while it’s on it hasn’t burned me. We may be upping our wattage with the next purchase, but these ones have been great!

After receiving my order I noticed that one of the lights was already blown so I called Amazon & they replaced it for free & sent me another box which neither one was blown I used it they lasted all of 3 days before they blew while being used so Do Not waste your money or time these things do not last they keep blowing on their own because mines is set on a timer that turns it on & turns it off without manual turning it off & on & every morning it seems to overheat on its own even if I turn it down, that blows on its own.

HAD PROBLEMS WITH AMAZON DELIVERY ARRIVED A DAY LATE DUE TO THE DRIVER AT 6 STOPS FROM MAY HOME , THE DRIVER decided TO AT 7PM YO GO BACK TO THE SHOP AND MY STUFF CAME THE NEXT DAY TRACKED MY STUFF WITH THEIR STUFF AND WHATCH IT HAPPENED
