M. Orme –
I like the price point, it’s a good value.
I like the flavor – protein powders can have a chalky texture, this one does not.
I mostly use this in morning oatmeal. It mixes well, hard to tell it’s there when mixed with vanilla yogurt.
The wt/scoop seems to be a bit off to me. So I use the scale. Using the scale allows me to customize the protein content to what I need for the morning.
It’s not for people trying to add bulk – it’s low cal. I like the low cal and high protein content. Great for an athlete trying to not add bulk, just build muscle.
PradeepThapa –
High quality protein. Good taste – slightly on the sweet side, which I don’t mind. When shaken does not get frothy, maintains a thin consistency.

Tiene buen sabor y una cantidad muy significativa de proteÃnas por servicio. Se disuelve muy bien.

Comparison to other brand it’s affordable and it is also certified.

Good flavour. Mixes well. I’ve bought three of these now and no reason to change. Recommended.

I have bought 4 of these over the last year. They are advertised as “76 Servings” but are NOT. Here is a picture of the last 4 I received. One as recently as 2 months ago. Judge for yourself if you feel this is misleading. I’m still giving it 4 stars as the product is great and 76 vs 71 servings is not a huge difference.
Tip: There is another listing on Amazon for ~$4 less marketed as “72 Servings”, which also is only 71 servings, but at least you’re saving $4.

I’ve used this product before and I enjoy it very much. I didn’t realize I was ordering the gigantic bottle. However, on its side, it still fits on the shelf. I like the cookies and cream flavor. I use 8 ounces of milk, 1 cup of berries, and the scoop of R1 for my protein shake after my workout.

Wow, protein has come a long way in 20 years! I saw this protein recommended on YT, who actually sold the hell out of it (and im glad he did!), he pretty much said gram for gram that it’s hard to beat—especially for the money. Ive been lifting/supplementing for the past 20 years, havent been supplementing protein for the last 7 or so. I was not looking forward to powders again, but all the pre packaged ones either made me pooh, fart, or feel awful (lactose intolerant), so I needed to suck it up or change my goals. Got it in the mail today and I couldnt wait to try it out. I am blown away by the quality of this protein. It mixes amazingly, no clumps whatsoever. Texture is smooth. Taste is about as good as you can expect with protein. Ive had better tasting, but those were loaded with fats, sugars, and carbs. Nowhere near this clean. Keep in mind this was with water and not mixed in a blinder lol. Those who have been in it for a while know how god awful shakes used to be. Anyways, i couldnt be more satisfied. Well done.

Recomendado es un producto de buena calidad, se demoro un poco en la entrega pero aún asi es un producto muy bueno
Nubian Beautii –
Doing my research I wanted to find protein that was not expensive, but good quality and great portion. This will last me a while. Easy way to get my protein in after my workouts, The taste isn’t bad. I purchased the vanilla flavor. And there’s no gritty taste to it
ForsaleinSL –
I swore off ISO100 due to insane cost increases. This is a worthy replacement.
It doesn’t dissolve as easily as ISO, but it’s close. You’ll never know the hydrolyzed to whey ratio in this stuff – companies don’t publish it – but the dissolution suggests it’s pretty good.
The taste is delicious, and I have noticed no muscle loss switching from ISO.

I tried several different brands, and Rule 1 whey isolate is the best I have tried in my 11 years of lifting. The flavor is REALLY good, and the texture is milky smooth. It also mixes really well with yogurt, which makes it really easy to meet my daily protein goal. This is slightly more expensive than Pro Action Recor, which I feel is the best value, so I only buy Rule 1 when I am going through cutting cycles because it is somewhat of a premium item.
If I can point to one downside, it is that we should NOT mix this with piping hot coffee because that causes it to curdle. I used to mix my whey with coffee so that I get my daily kick with some protein to start, but because the protein is so fine, it curdles much more easy in hot coffee (and that means you waste good coffee and good protein).
