Was well packed easy to set up and a great picture. Instructions were provided for setup but as it was refurbished no operating instructions. Only tricky thing is the smart remote. You can get help online. BBe sure to charge it before use.

TV is nice. It is smarter than my last Samaung TV. Controls are fast. I have to fight the smartness a bit because I use Roku and the TV wants me to use samsung apps. Please note you defiantly need a sound bar of some time.

I really enjoy the picture quality on this tv. Remtote could be more user friendly, and the quality of the remote isn’t nearly as good as the tv, I think that Samsung needs to work on the remtotes to their tvs! Also, the remote does Not require batteries!!

Bought a super new state of the art “overwhelming” LG OLED a four years ago. It WAS overwhelming and VERY VERY expensive ..but.. as time went on burn in (or ghosting) became totally insufferable. Unbelievably bad. They say OLED burn in is no longer a problem now but “burnt once shame on you burnt twice shame on me”. Never again. This TV has a better picture and is 1/3 the price of the OLED I bought half a decade ago. It’s advertised as no possibility of burn in so I’ll be a test case with the news and stock channels I watch daily. Delighted with this TV over the past month.

The TV was a great purchase, for sure if you can get it on a discount then go for it. I bought this as a gift for my father and 85″ is HUGE! Safe to say he is enjoying watching movies on it. Its great for a home theatre and viewing parties of 10+ people. Sound quality is pretty decent, no real need for a sound bar unless you are a sound geek. My only gripe is that the TV had a dead pixel on the top left corner on arrival. It was a pain to get this out the box already and to repackage it and ship it back for a replacement without the dead pixel would have been a pain. I contacted amazon to see if they could do a partial refund for me but they were only able to provide a refund for return. Quite sad about that but if I try not to focus on the dead pixel then I won’t notice it.
