I love this bike! It’s so adorable and easy to ride. It came unassembled but the assembly was minor. Just the front tire, fender, seat, and basket needed to be attached which was easy to do. I wish the basket was a bit bigger. I drove through Wendy’s restaurant the other day because I forgot my mask. The basket fit the 3 regular sized drinks I bought, and I had a big bag to carry the food as it wouldn’t have fit in the basket. I’ve had so many compliments on it! I am 5’2” so this bike fits me well, but wouldn’t fit anyone taller. I have the handle bars and seat up as high as they will go for a proper fit. All in all this bike is definitely 5 stars

Great bike but 24 inch wheels does not mean short adults can ride it. Very small frame. The reviews have people saying they ride it to work and back and extolling the great quality. But only buy no adult could comfortably ride this bike. Gifting it to a child. Otherwise would have returned it. False advertising in the description as well.

Upon opening pieces were missing, (nuts and screws). I did not notice until I rode the bike and the front wheel caught on the fender while i was crossing the road (could have been a dangerous situation). I wanted to go ahead and return the bike and get a refund and get a different one but my mother (im a college student and bought it with my own money) insisted I just email the company and get the missing pieces. we get the missing pieces and put them on. The wheel catches again and I believe the problem is the front fender itself. The period in which I can get a return and refund was closing so I once again tell my mom I will just return it and get my money back. She insists on messaging the company again to get are placement fender (I found out later that she threw out the box it came in and she wasn’t able to find an affordable or big enough replacement which is why she insisted on me not sending it back). I do so and the date for retuning the bike passes. we replace the fender. the bike still catches. I have wasted money and while the responsibility for not getting a refund is on me because I choose to listen to my mom instead of my gut instinct that doesn’t change the fact that the bike just does not work in a way that ensures my safety and I refuse to be hit by a peddle happy driver while trying to cross the road because my bike’s wheel keeps catching. I’m cutting my losses and mourning the loss of 400 dollars that could have went towards my tuition. Do not buy.

I bought one of the “Used/Like New” bikes and it is wonderful. The box did come a little beat up and one of the nuts was missing. (The one to hold the seat adjuster on.) We were able to get a replacement at the appliance store for a couple bucks, so no biggie! I got this to be able to go on rides with my kid as he learns how to ride a pedal bike and I am so, SO, excited. Took it out for a solo test run last night and it rides like a dream. Super comfy for my 5’2″ self. 🙂

If there was a zero star, I would give a zero star. Not only they just shipped part of the bike so it doesn’t work at all, but also the quality of this item is extremely poor. You will be running your life in danger riding a bike like this cuz it doesn’t look like it can hold on stably regardless of insufficient item. On top of that, Amazon was not really able to help with this process either. So STAY AWAY!!!

The box was damaged but there was no damage to the bike. They didn’t send the little tool that was supposed to come with it. It wasn’t difficult to assemble though. The instructions that came with it were for a mountain bike. Overall my daughter is very happy with it and I would recommend to others.

The bike itself is simple and well constructed. We ended up having a problem with the rear wheel. I contacted customer support for the bike (Schwinn), and they were great. I sent them some specifics on the bike, along with a video of the problem, and they quickly sent a replacement part. They stand behind their product.

I ended up paying about $100 less for one of the Amazon Warehouse deals. The bike was advertised as in Very Good condition but it was never assembled or even taken out of the box as the internal packaging was intact. The issue was that the bike had very minor damage to the rear fender and chain guard due to the side of the box being puncture by something. The box was repackaged in a bigger box. Overall the bike looks brand new and I was able to delicately hammer out the dent on the fender. It’s not very noticeable anymore. What matters is that my daughter loves the bike.

I haven’t purchased a bike in a while. Went with Schwinn and it appears they’re still making solid bikes. The chain guard was damaged (dented and scratched), but a call to customer service was easy and brief. Emailed a pic of the damage and we’ve already received a replacement. Assembly required but it’s not difficult if you possess a few tools and common sense. All in all, it’s a good, sturdy bike. Our granddaughter loves it!

I had contemplated buying a bike for some time but when I was ready Covid hit and there were none to be found. This cruiser is just the right size for me. I’m 5’4″.
It handles well and seems nice and solid on the road. The seat is a bit harder than I was hoping for so I may purchase a gel padding down the road. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this bicycle in 2021 and it’s been a great ride.
I see a lot of complaints about size vs height but as someone who is 5’4” this bike fits me very comfortably so ultimately it’s not a matter of height but how the bike fits you.
The bicycle was very easy to put together but I can see where people would struggle as it required hex allen keys rather than a basic allen key.
Overall this is a great bike and I’m very happy with it.
