We saw these new end caps pop up during another purchase we made so we grabbed a few.  They are great.  They are very sturdy and fit snugly on the end of the shaft.  The butt end adds some decent thickness at the end of the shaft.  My son really likes it and we got a few more for his backup sticks.

It performs it’s job but the plastic looks brittle. Feels like it will be cracked by the end of a season.
The rubber grips sticker were falling off as I was trying to seat it on the stick. I was gently squeezing the prongs to ease it in; I wasn’t just slapping it in the end. Once you get it seated and the plug in though it feels like it won’t budge.
Overall I think for the price it should be a 2 pack for when the first one cracks.

We grabbed one of these when we bought a different shaft and it turned out to be very solid. The end cap fits well in the shaft, was easy to install, and has a great feel to it. Great for players that like a bigger butt end. Highly definitely recommend for all lacrosse players.

My son is a very competitive club player in Southern California and he wanted to try some of Silverfin’s new gear.  If you can see from the pictures I attached – I purchased the entire stick setup in separate pieces.  We are really happy with the two-piece end cap.  My son prefers a thicker feel to the butt end.  He was previously using almost an entire roll of tape to get the same feel and thickness at the bottom of his handle.  These end caps have the perfect amount of bulk to get a great grip on the bottom of the shaft when he shoots and feeds.  The butt end was easy to install and I don’t think there is any way it will come out unless a screw driver is used to pry out the center cylinder.  Silverfin seems to be a cool new brand that has a few great new products coming out.  We would definitely recommend these new end caps.

I played during the days of using tape on the butt ends of shafts. While it wasn’t great it was the only thing we had available. Now, over 20+ years later, this butt end changes things. This is a simple yet very effective design. The install is super easy and takes all of 15 seconds. It makes the end of you stick look very clean and pro.
