Box damaged & wet, thought it was just the box. Open the plastic cover and it turned out that the TNS Serum bottle leaked out. Got a lot less serum that it would be.

I’ve used this product for several years. It has done more to improve the texture of my skin than any other skin product I’ve used. My skin is smoother and the texture is improved! Fine lines are lessened. I feel more confident going without makeup because my skin looks so much better. Highly recommend.

I received this product 10 days ago and began using it the first night I had it. Today a coworker asked me what I was doing differently? New makeup, perhaps? Uh, no. This product is really good. I am 61 years old and will never look like I did 20 years ago … but my skin and face obviously can look better and this product truly seems to be making that happen. I will come back again in a few weeks and update this.

This product works but it is very expensive and I found that for the price and the amount of product you get is not worth me purchasing it again. I suppose if I only used it once a week it would have lasted me longer. Or if it was in a jar and not a pump. But I used it daily and it was gone in month. One time purchase for me unfortunately.

It has a defective pump or one empty chamber and only dispenses one product. I have order this from another distributor and had the same problem. There are sites showing how to fix the problem and I did try it on the first one but very little came out of the 2nd chamber and then nothing. DON’T WASTE YOUR $

Love this product, saves my facial skin for hurting with dryness by 10am. But the application can be tricky. So this is what you do. Every. Time.
1. Turn it upside down.
2. Hit the bottom ~3 times with the heel of your hand.
3. Keeping it upside down, then pump out product.
I have never had problems with getting both solutions out with this protocol.

This product is wonderful. It has really made a huge difference to my both fine and deep wrinkles. The last two bottles I purchased did not dispense the lotion properly. The white lotion comes out first. Towards the last bit of lotion it is only the clear lotion. I called SkinMedica. They suggested turning the bottle upside down for a few hours to eliminate the “bubbles” inside. I did this and it did not make much difference. SkinMedica told me they are aware of the problems with the bottle and they are working on it.

This face serum is very good although for the price it should be! I’ve been buying this product for a while now and like so many other reviews I’ve seen, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. When I went to take the top off this particular one, the whole thing kind of fell apart. I put it back together but have to be quite careful when I go to use it. In the past, the big problem I’ve had is getting both serums to pump out. I’ve had to pry it open and then use a skewer to open up both valves. They need to come up with a better system. At the moment Amazon is selling this for slightly less than I can buy at the store.

Only one side of the pump is working the product isn’t coming out of the other side at all. I have bought this from here before and never had this issue

The product is incredible, the serum and lotion work, however, SkinMedica need to work on their chambers! I lose quite a bit of product when I’m troubleshooting. Sometimes the lotion pumps out of both chambers, and sometimes the serum pumps out of both chambers. I have to really work on getting them to work together & lose product whilst doing so. I’d love to give it 5 stars but the bottle is terrible. I gave it 3 stars because the serum & lotion work.
