I started taking this supplement after some bloodwork showed I was deficient in vitamin d. I read online that k2 helped absorbency, so I chose this product. It arrived quickly and undamaged. The pills are small, orange, and easy to swallow. The packaging allows for you to either completely unscrew the cap to get the product out or simply pop the top open. Sometimes the pills get stuck together at the bottom of the container, but a quick shake with the lid closed easily solves this problem. I have not had my blood rechecked to see if this is making a difference, but overall I would recommend this product.

I have been taking 50K units of prescription vitamin D once a week for over 20 years along with a daily supplement without attaining a normal level. Due to the fact I previously had to have a skin cancer removed from my face I was advised to avoid any significant sun exposure where you would usually get vitamin D naturally. In January while in for my regular teeth cleaning a possible cavity showed on the X-ray. My dentist suggested I might need to get my vitamin D checked since this was the second one in less than 18 months. It just so happened I had my blood work done twice in the preceding three months and was told both times I needed to add extra vitamin D because my levels were so low. She suggested I get these and said they had worked wonders for her and a couple others in her office. She told me I would be amazed at how quickly they work. I immediately ordered these and added them to my regular vitamin routine. About six weeks later after returning to my primary care doctor for follow up, he contacted me to tell me I needed to back off on the vitamin D. After over 20 years of a deficiency I more than brought my levels up in less than two months. So I ordered these for my children, sisters and other family members who have also fought against low vitamin D levels. Very easy to swallow! These are AMAZING!
