Packaging, Damaged on arrival, no labels, terrible instructions.
Due to being almost 9 months pregnant and having no brain left to speak of, I had my boyfriend build this Crib. First item we saw as we opened the box was the damaged board on top (backing to the bigger drawer). I wanted to return it right then but the return process and the anticipated wait was too much to want to deal with so my boyfriend continued on in frustration. Next thing we noticed was that the instructions were awfully written. Not only was it an extremely long process to build the crib (with multiple items damaged) but the instructions indicated that each piece had a number sticker on them which they did NOT. The levels of aggravation at every turn was so high that it took us multiple days of anger to finish building it. I would not recommend this unless you are not pregnant, have tons of patience, and are willing to receive damaged items.
The changing table section is so small that it comes with it’s own changing pad that is probably less than a half inch think and it’s such a small space that I’m a little worried about the baby hitting it’s head on the edges once he starts to wiggle. I’m probably going to end up buying a short dresser to put a good changing pad on.
With that being said, the crib is cute and I like how many drawers it has. Even without the other issues though, it was way overpriced as the quality is not very good.

With Covid and issues with items being restocked, my #1 choice became unavailable between me adding it to the cart and attempting to show it to the hubby before ordering a few days later. So glad it ended up that way because we love love love this crib.

We thought we would be smart and build it in our living room where there’s plenty of room to lay the pieces out. We were too tired to move it after we completed it so we went to sleep. I woke up panicked when I remembered – we have narrower than standard doors. Yup, you guessed it, we had to partially deconstruct it and put it back together in its proper room. As we were rebuilding my hubby seemed super happy while I was pretty dang anxious. Taking apart cheaper furniture and then rebuilding it is usually a no-no. But they reinforced the screw holes with metal. Yay! Our goof did not affect the crib or its stablity at all. This was when my hubby admitted to me then that he had been anxious about using it as a toddler bed later but after having to take it partially apart and rebuilding those pieces? He now feels very comfortable and wants to look for more furniture by this company.

Also we don’t have a lot of furniture, so having the changing table being built in and the three smaller drawers + the two cube spaces + the big drawer under the crib = A+ for the storage.

If you need storage + a changing table, this is the way to go.

We found only one itty bitty teeny paint chip presumably caused in transit. We had to look for it though and once put together it was not at all noticeable. No complaints.

Assembly was ok. You really have to take your time and be patient. After Assembly the drawers are smooth and the frame is strong.

When UPS delivered the crib, the box looked like it been through a military airplane drop. One corner was crushed and spilling out styrofoam, both ends were re-taped by someone other than the shipper, the straps had dug in deep into the box. When I opened the box there was a hodgepodge of items everywhere. To my great surprise, every single item was intact, and only one item showed some minor scratches.

The number of parts is overwhelming, and having some markings on each part would be helpful, but if you take your time it all goes together quite well. There are a few places where an extra set of hands would have been helpful, but I was able to put the crib together within 3 hours without help. I did use a rechargeable drill (careful not to be too aggressive and over tighten any bolts or screws) which I’m sure saved a ton of time. You need an Allen head and a Phillips head.

Overall I was pleasantly surprised how well the entire project went considering the condition of the box. Hardware was well organized and complete. A very well engineered product. I wouldn’t recommend this project for someone that lacks general experience in these types of endeavors, the instructions are much more engineering schematic style rather than step by step instructions with explanations.

I was SO excited to receive this crib, but I have had problem after problem for last year and a half
    – Delivery was a nightmare. Not the sellers fault, but still annoying. Purolator is garbage.
    – When it arrived, lots of pieces were broken. Maybe Purolator’s fault again, but I’ve read the reviews and I’m not the only one, so likely a packing issue.
-The replacement of the pieces was fairly easy, they were good about it but I had to leave everything unpacked for a couple weeks while I waited for the new one. When I built the thing, I saw more pieces that could be replaced that were less noticeable, it was never ending.
-Crib design is dumb, the baby will grow out of the changer in three months. And then it’s an eyesore.
-The changer fits together like lego, so you can’t move it without it coming apart. You have to be very careful if you have to chase a soother down from behind.
Overall, I give this crib zero stars. I wish I could return it at this point but I bet it would be a hassle.

Crib arrived on time, box was 8n good condition and the pieces were not damge. As for the assembly, just like any job, if you rush it, you will miss a step or a piece. Took me around 1h to put it together. The direction is self explanatory. Wood quality is ok, so don’t squeeze or handle the pieces to hard, they migh crack. Remember, its is baby crib so treat it as such. Other than that, I am a satisfied customer, love the color and can’t wait for my little boy to be in it.

Very cute crib. Changing table is pretty small, good for few first months. And drawers, i wish they’d be bit bigger.
Assembling took my boys (husband, teen and 8y old) over 3hr. They said it was pretty difficult. Had to order twice, one box came like it was thru the war, parts damaged..
