The only thing that could use improvement is the pole holder’s velcro. For some reason it is not strong enough. The poles don’t seem to stay in correctly. But, fortunately they made the ski wrap/velcro big enough to add the poles together with the skis. DONE! works great! Love the straps, especially the orange tab to pull apart when cold and in gloves, very sturdy, great construction of product.

This solved this biggest pain point I have – getting from hotel to the ski lift without struggling. This is so useful. Keeps my hands free! I wear on shoulder or crossbody, either like a sling or like a archery kit. The shoulder pad does slide around a bit, but it’s life changing!

bought these so i could carry my skis through the parking lot to the lodge more easily, and it certain does as advertised!

i’ve got skiboards, so placing the straps around the riser is a little tricky, but honestly just slapping these on anywhere on the bare ski is secure and stable enough for me to carry these the quarter mile walk on busy days at the resort. i also like that its got an extra strap to hold poles. the straps are sturdy and come with a neoprene overlay to help protect the skis which is very nice as well. once you step in, these are super lightweight and small, can easily fit in a backpack pocket, or hip pack.

    highly recommend!

They do what they are supposed to do, that’s the bottom line. However, there’s a significant room for improvement and a V2 product or competitior to make these way better.
    1. The ski attachment point – it’s good, but it’s a single wrap system, as it goes around one time and velcros. The loop is a nice neoprene which allows for protection and some compression so they’re not all loosey goosey on there.
THE PROBLEM HERE: The velcro strap is way long, leaving a tail that it kind of in the way and coullld be trimmed, but the pull tab for removal is at the end… if you know how to sew, trimming and redoing the pull tab would work great.
BETTER IDEA: A loop back system, plastic hoop, thread through and around, this would allow you to wrap twice taking up all the extra slack.
BETTER IDEA 2: A bungie type cord (similar to say a helmet goggle strap holder on the back of your helmet) with a plastic “hook” system. Faster, easier, totally secure and probably more cost effective to manufacture than sewing neoprene and velcro.

On to the worst part of this design. The pole carrier straps… this part of the design straight up sucks. It works, but it really is poo. It’s just a single long piece of double sided velcro so you have to “roll” your poles, which works great on one side, until you have to fidget with the other.
BETTER IDEA: Back to the bungie cord concept.

The shoulder strap part is mediocre. The “pad” slides too easily, perhaps on purpose to allow moving skis from one angle to another, but if people knew the proper way to actually carry skis on a system like this, having the shoulder pad set inplace with simple double slit system would drastically improve useabillity.

CARRY YOUR SKIS LIKE A RIFLE. You sling them over your shoulder so the top of the skis in pointing UP behind you and the bottom of the skis are pointing down and forwards and kind of braced up against your hip at the middle point. I should have taken a pic (I’ll add one later to show this).
