This company reached out to me and their customer service was amazing!! Not only did they offer to correct the problem by sending me a new kit, they went above and beyond and I ere very efficient and timely with the whole process. So far products in new kit seem to me holding up well and they all work! Maybe I got a bad batch? If anything changes once I use the tools more, I will update it again. But so far everything seems to be working good. Perfect for around the house. Tools in this kit more than covers basic repairs around the house. Not professional quality, but good for what I need it for!
It came with a lot of pieces and looks nice but upon use, I found that the tools aren’t of very high quality (not very sturdy) and in fact some of them don’t even work. I showed one example in the video. Bought for around the house and in my RV. Will be returning and looking for a different tool kit

Is a great tool kit to start. I started fixing my own car since prices for mechanics are ridiculous and the quality of work is a joke. Although I had a stuck oil plug and it broke both 13 mm lugs. So I would suggest buying better quality plugs for your 10mm and 14 mm . Otherwise a great deal for tools if you’re a beginner. If you’re more advanced and use tools everyday I would look for better quality.

My review below has changed due to the amazing customer service I received. After posting my awful review, they immediately reached out to me and have been great in their communication and understanding. I was given a full refund and did not need to return the faulty item. I am now about to purchase from them again – as I maybe just had a defective item! First class customer service.
As a single Mom that does it all, I decided it was time to get myself a decent tool kit. Sadly, this is not decent. I can’t figure out what belongs to what, I am sure half the stuff is missing. Nothing fits in its place and it was a giant mess when it arrived. I can’t even close the lid. It’s all wasted as it’s such a jumble of pieces I can’t even put it back together. Really sad I bought this because I won’t use anything except for the hammer and screwdrivers. Not a good purchase. The lid of the box won’t even stay closed as the clips fall off.
