full disclosure, my cat is a junk food addict.. offered a mcDonalds burger vs a fillet mignon, he’d take the burger.. lets face it junk food is addictive. What I’m saying is, I don’t know how healthy these are for cats but they are sprayed with something powerfully attractive. I guess, like candy for humans, a little bit is ok.
My cat likes this brand above all others that I have tried; and the catnip flavor is his favorite. In fact, he goes wild for this one, can’t hand feed it, he near takes my fingers off. Then totally excited, he races around getting a weeks exercise in an hour. Obviously these have to be rationed, kept for special occasions or very good behavior.. of course, all cats are different.

Like most cats, our Mikki is fussy. Luckily, these meet with her approval. They stay crispy and crunch when she chews them. The scent and flavor meet her standards. We use them as regular treats. We also use them by shaking the container when we call her in from outside. She is sometimes hesitant to come into the house when we call her. We shake the treats container and she quickly comes out of wherever she is hiding and comes in for treats.
The flip top part of the lid on the container broke off the first time I opened the container. I moved the treats to a different container, but this seems like a flimsy part of the package.

These are a win with all 7 of my cats. My cats love these and go nuts when they hear me shake the box.
I even trained one of my cats to give me kisses with these.
I says “gimmie kisses” and she comes to me and puts her nose to mine or headbutts me gently to my face. She is such a loving kitty and I am so proud of her.

I began getting these Temptations with catnip on subscribe and save, for our two stray cats. It helps to calm them down while they eat their breakfast and supper. I put a palm-full of these treats in with their Friskies or Fancy Feast. The main problem I have with subscribe and save is Amazon packers pack this flimsy thin plastic container in with heavy bulky cans of dog food each month, both times the Temptations treats were scattered all on the bottom of the inside of the box, the plastic container’s lid is popped off, and the container is cracked. Why can’t they pack lighter items with similar weighted items? I had the same problem with the same shipment in another box—my tiny boxes of hair dye, SMASHED like pancakes, were packed in with a very heavy box of a months supply of Amazon paper bowls. I wouldn’t say that I am 100 percent O.C.D. , but it would be nice to get my merchandise intact. I think someone needs to train these packers better! Please respect your customers and their merchandise! To make a long story short, I almost cancelled my subscription to the items that are getting smashed, but decided to change the way my subscribe and save will be delivered. I changed it to all the heavy items such as laundry detergent, canned dog food, artesian water, and etc. being delivered once a month and two weeks after that all the lighter items such as vitamins, hair dye, Temptations, KIND bars (yeah, they have been smashed before as well) etc., being delivered. I took a star off due to Temptations poor quality packaging. They should just pack all sizes of the treats in a quality bag with resealable ziplock seal.

When I bring this big container in the house my cat knows he’s about to get something he really likes. I have to hide them after giving him some because he’ll work at the top to open it. That’s how much he likes these treats. He has no problem eating them so the texture is fine with him. I like the ingredients and the price is good. They don’t really smell. Some treats when you open the bag the smell insults your nostrils. These don’t.

My cats will do tricks or beg to get Temptations treats. They LOVE them. I also volunteer at an animal shelter, and the cats there go nuts for Temptations as well. It’s great to get them on sale on Prime Day, but I have to buy them all year, or my cats will revolt. They like other treats, but nothing excites them like Temptations.
