the sticky pad included is note sealed; its already open and has signs of usage. only 1 cable is in the package and the container box included has missing parts. please check before shipping the item and please take note of my request for a refund.

I have severe pain due to hip, knee and spine issues but taking non- stop pain meds weren’t helping. I ordered the battery powered unit and it allowed me to at least function but I was going through a lot of batteries. I spotted the rechargeable unit and ordered it to use primarily while keeping the battery as a back-up. I began using the rechargeable when I encountered the dreaded white screen. I honestly don’t recall the exact circumstances other than trying to change a setting and the screen turned white. I tried turning on and off…no change, plugging it in (it did show that the battery wasn’t fully charged)…no change, turned it off and on lost track of whether it was indeed on or off as the screen didn’t change. I was frustrated but needed relief so ordered another one. I then put the unit, in what I hoped was in the on position, on the shelf and decided that maybe it needed to completely discharge as another customer had suggested. I left it alone for two days “discharging”. On the third day, I think I turned it on and the white screen was gone and the normal screen in its place. I then plugged it in to recharge and have been using it for the last three days without problem. It works just as it did before. I now have three units…two rechargeable and a battery user. The new rechargeable will go to my son for his knee pain. Don’t throw away your
” white screen” unit until you at least try letting it discharge and then charge, it’s worth a try at least.

Easy to use. Charge lasts for many uses. Would strongly advise buying extra pads with original purchase. They can be used a few times, but after 3 or 4 uses, not quite as effective. Nice case to keep it all together and safe. Good value for it’s purpose. Recommended.

Failed after battery went fully flat. I fully charged it and then while using it screen went blank. I left it charging longer but screen was still blank. I press every button to fully rest it or turn it all off/on. Nothing worked.
I opened it and then with a flat screw driver shorted the red and black wires (touched both polarities together) for a second and the screen came back on.
Thanks to other reviewer for the tip to unsolder and resolder. I was too lazy and tried this first which risked it but worked.
Be gentle opening the plastic as it is a little brittle. Don’t open from the usb c side. Slowly start from other end. Be patient. Good luck.

Update: due to my herniated disc and inclination to play sports have used different tens machine over long period. Liked this one as it is rechargeable but suddenly the screen went bank and power button is not turning it off. Cannot use it at all and am not able to find seller contact to troubleshoot.
Was able to contact customer service was very responsive and they were able to resolve my issue.
Have used few in past and this product works well for the price.
The intensity is good and it accepts the universal pads which can be replaced at reasonable price.

The unit was a great addition to pain management for myself and my wife. The unit was recommended by my PT Dr. instead of waiting on my insurance to approve a much more extensive & expensive unit. I was skeptical it would produce the same relief as the in house unit at therapy but to my surprise it worked GREAT!
Well, 4 months of use & boom, it won’t turn on. Screen lights up but nothing on the readout. Quick Google search returns same situation with many users. Most say customer service smoothly made the situation right with a replacement unit but as I returned to my Amazon order to review order info I don’t see an option to contact anyone other than Amazon of course that’s for 30 day returns. If anyone has another contact to hopefully replace this so I don’t have to purchase another that would be great.

Absolutely amazing. I have used it a decent amount and have not once had to charge the battery and it’s still at full charge according to the indicator.
I am writing this review as I sit with all 4 pads on to try and alleviate my severe sciatic and low back pain due to a ruptured disc. It is the only thing that is providing relief. I think I’ll walk around all day with it on.
The storage box it comes with is great and convenient.
I’m sure I’ll have to buy new pads eventually when the stickiness of the electrodes runs out, but so far they haven’t been an issue at all! I store them back on the plastic sheet they came on and put them back in their zip lock back and seal it.

Just updated to 5 star. Great customer service. I sent the unit back and they sent me a new one.
I ordered one and it worked great for about 3 weeks then screen went blank they sent me another this worked for two weeks. Don’t know what to do because it really works. Any suggestions.

Just wanted to add a note my tens has been working great. They sent me a new one in December. April and still working. I found out that when the battery gets to two bars charge the unit. Don’t wait till it gets empty.
