For the last month I’ve really enjoyed this little tens machine, it’s super portable and charges quick. I find that the charge lasts a long time. It comes with two adhesive pads, and with proper care I’m still on the first one, and it still sticks fine. However, the warranty information inside the box leads to a website that does not exist. I’m having trouble figuring out how to register the warranty. That’s a little sketch to me.

Works very well once you’ve managed to push the right buttons when it’s behind you. The on/off and increase/decrease buttons are very close together and very difficult to differentiate by feel when the device is on your back out of sight. Eventually replaced it with another Amazon product that had a small remote control–much easier to use.

This is a great little product. It performs as expected. Does provide some muscle pain relief. Easy instructions to follow that come with the product. Nice to not have to deal with gel and wires and adhesive pads like some other models use. Great value for the price. Happy customer!

I purchased this Pro 1000 Tens Unit for my husband who has been an athlete for most of his life. He has pain in several areas of his body sometimes. His posterior neck and upper back area tends to be more sore than anywhere else in his body. This medication-free device has helped ease the pain on his neck after using it for the first time! A heating pad was not needed at all. My husband looks forward to using this every day after work due to his work which is very physical. The device is small, portable, and very easy to apply and operate. My only recommendation is that it needs more adhesive on the pads for continued use over time. I highly recommend this device for therapeutic pain relief in a convenient way.

We ordered one of these for my wife’s knee pain. It is so convenient to be able to get some relief while still being mobile with no wires getting in the way. At night she sets it and can fall asleep knowing that it will turn itself off after 20 minutes and will not wake her up if she moves since there are no wires. I got jealous and ordered one for me. I have chronic neck pain and I can wear this while still doing chores around the house. It makes watching TV difficult because I keep falling asleep I am so relaxed.
The manufacturer reached out to insure that I was happy with the unit and to let me know where to purchase more pads and their customer service number if I had any issues. Very proactive. Thank you Mina.

If you can place tens unit on a flat place on the front of your body, it might work better. It is impossible to use on your back. If you turn the unit on first and then try sticking it to your back, it turns off before you can stick it on. Then, even on the front of the body, the cycling through the different modes is clumsy and seemingly random.
