Ordered small and tag says size 5/6. Seems to fit my 43″ tall, 47 lb kid except shirt is short and very wide. I thought it was a crop top. Material seems comfortable for sleep. Shorts were not what I expected but its fine for the price I paid (<$7). The wide elastic waistband reminded me of men's underwear. Other than that my kid loves the smiley faces and feels comfortable in them.
