Very good. I was happy with my purchase. However there are some changes I would make.
I believe there are leeks in it. Upper ring needs to be inflated every day or so and the water level keeps dropping; despite making sure that the respective valves are properly sealed.
Also if there could be a floating thermometer, that would be a huge bonus; Even if you added the cost into the product I would be happy to pay the extra money as it would be extremely helpful.
Other than them flaws, everything is perfect. The size is good and I can easily submerge my whole body.

I bought this for my wife’s birthday back in March. I’m sure I probably can’t return it more than 3 months later, but we just set it up to use for the first time and it leaked immediately. The drainage valve is defective and will not stop leaking. Very disappointing for the price. Hopefully someone from the company will reach out and make it right.

The “soft sides” kinda collapse easily, even when filled with water. I’ve been in actual inflatable pods (not just the top ring) that give a sturdier feel to them.
The inflatable top ring is NOT formed correctly to be on this unit. When you inflate it, there are odd “kinks” on the top ring that come when you force an inflatable object that is formed to be straight to sit on something that is curved. If I had to guess, I got a unit that was rushed to production to either keep up with demand, or to relieve back-orders, because it doesn’t setup as nice as the picture shows, with a nice, curved profile for the top ring.
A gripe; You have no choice but to run the supply tubes for the chiller over the top, which means that if you’re using a chiller, the top won’t sit/seal well. Many other units offer supply/return spigots built into the side to allow a more streamlined unit. Just a gripe, the picture didn’t show that it had them when I bought, but for the money, I don’t see why a few dollars in PVC fittings couldn’t have been included.
While this may be an entry-to-mid level unit, for what it is (A medium sized piece of vinyl shaped to hold water), I still don’t think there’s anything remotely approaching $197 in material, workmanship or design here. This may be a “pop-up” manufacturer, looking to cash in on the craze, and fold-up shop once the $$ is made, but only time will tell.
The unit holds water, and the chiller (purchased separately) keeps the temperature, so I have no choice but to say “It works…”. The rest here forces me to say, “…but.”

Mainly want to do this review as the customer service they provide is fantastic – the top cover of my cold pod was gusted off in the wind overnight last week, considering I live in the countryside who knows where it ended up – I contact the seller, they reply and ship off a replacement cover that arrives the next day.
I’ve only used the cold pod once, but it seems to do the job – drainage system works pretty well, not the material I expected but is sturdy when filled with water so can’t complain 🙂

I have been signed off for for 3 months now with a back injury, although physio was helping i was only attending once a week and no amount of medication was helping with the pain i was living with on a day to day basis, mix that with a lack of range of movement and you become very fed up very quick. I had heard of the benefits to cold plunging but had never got around to purchasing an ice bath. I decided its something i needed to try as if it could aid my recovery it would be a game changer. I looked up the cold pod as i had heard SO MANY great reviews on this particular product.
Fast forward 10 days and i am feeling great, i plunge every morning as this is where most of my pain and stiffness is prominent after sleeping, 10-15mins (reducing temperature each time i have worked down to 10 degrees currently) and out followed by naturally letting the body warm up. The effects have been incredible, i have been experiencing less pain, improved mobility and reduced stress. It was becoming a mental injury as well as physical with the amount of time i have been off with no improvement, let me tell you this has helped bring my motivation back clear all fatigue and i can now start my days feeling fitter and stronger with a return to work now in sight. This product is amazing not only for sore muscles but for muscular injuries and their recovery. 10 out of 10

Easy to set up and well built. This pod is sturdy for its intended purpose, I’m sure if you abuse it, it wouldn’t last as long. Maintains temperature really well and the cover is great. I have already drained and moved it once and it was super easy to move. I’m 6’0″ and this larger size fits me perfectly, I can sit all the way down and it gets up to my shoulders. I don’t know if the smaller size would have fit as well. Overall, very happy with this purchase and I would highly recommend!

I purchased the Cold Pod so that my boyfriend and I could give cold plunging a try. It is large enough to completely sit down or if you prefer kneel in. It is collapsable but we keep it in the bathroom for early morning plunges before or after a workout. We have since added a chiller and filter to it so as to not have to fill it with ice constantly. If you would like to try cold plunging this is the best deal out there! It is sturdy, held up with a number of rods but also comes with a travel case for storage or on the go plunging. We love it!

I bought the bigger one, 90 cm. Excellent product, I am very happy with it. I already used it. I cannot fault it at all. I would highly recommend it. For the record: I started to use it when I started my 3 days sardine/mackerel challenge. The result was 2.2 lb (1kg) weight loss after 24 hours. About the cold bath: at first I just stepped in it, then I got out after few seconds, then I put my arms in the cold water, then I stepped in again. I repeated it few times, until I realised that I couldn’t feel the cold anymore. Then I started to sit down gradually. I still cannot believe that I was able to do that.:)

My boyfriend loves it. It was a birthday present that was a semi splurge as he’s been talking about getting one for a while. The cover is a big help as we live on a farm in Hawai’i & we have critters crawling around at night so that keeps the “pool” clear of any pests or vegetation that could fall in from the trees. Having to buy ice for every use starts to get pricey, started thinking getting a cold plunge with a built in water temp adjuster would’ve been more cost efficient? but I knew what I was getting during purchase. & it’s good for what I expected.
