I bought this sleeping bag for my son who was going a trip to volcanoes in Guatemala and it worked perfectly. The only thing is that it does not come in a compact packing so it is a little bit too big to carry but not heavy.

Obviously a north face is going to do the trick, it’s one of their cheapest options in bags. It was very compressible and pretty warm, BUT if you are looking to backpack with this you will need to purchase a separate compression bag for this. The one it came with is practically made out of tissue paper. It also is much bigger than the sleeping bag itself so either way replacing it will probably happen sooner than you’d like.

this bag does have issues with being too cold. the ai review is wrong. it was 32F for the low, i was inside a truck camper with a tarp and blanket liner, on a foam cushion, had another comforter on top of me, even had a heating pad running off a power station inside the bag, and it was still too cold! how on earth do they suggest someone could use this in a tent? the zipper definitely gets stuck, but you can avoid if you are careful (you shouldn’t have to though). i wouldnt want to use this in a tent even in 40F. its ok at 55F…basically its not any warmer than a regular blanket. ill never buy from north face again, thats how much distrust i have for this brand after using this.

Took this camping in 18 degree weather, if you’re using this in cold weather than definitely pair this with a good sleeping pad that has a high R value. I was comfortable in it, no issues with being too cold and I’m 5’11 and 225lbs and fit good in it.

Muy amplio, lo usé a-4 grados centígrados y no tuve frío, claro dentro de una tienda 4 estaciones, el sierre se atora un poco, y la funda no es de compresión queda un poco suelto dentro de la funda, cumple muy bien su funcion

28 degrees in colorado mountains . I had two unzip take my shirt and pants off just the b cool. Best sleeping bag with R3 pad combination. 😴 After I was almost naked slept like a baby
