My dentist recommended this mouthwash to help the health of my gums while I was undergoing a full mouth restoration in 2022. My gums have almost always bled when brushing my teeth and/or flossing up until I started using this mouthwash daily (but clearly the major dental work I had done helped too). This mouthwash made an almost immediate positive impact on my gums which were in very bad shape due to decay and previous older dental work. This is now the only mouthwash I will use and has helped keep my gums healthy the past two years.

I like that the rinse only requires 30 seconds and it does not sting. However I’ve found that the longer the rinse is in the mouth, it does start to mildly sting.

I bought while cutting sugar from my diet. I noticed after cutting sugar I couldn’t stand my other mouthwash because it tasted so sticky sweet. This was perfect and I liked it so much I stuck with it.

Always need to have these with me everywhere I go!! I usually pour them into a travel size bottle to keep around in my purse, they’re the only product to give me that sense of cleanliness since I got COVID in 2021 and it messed up my mouth health and taste severely. Will never stop singing these mouth wash’s praises!! I prefer the stronger mint taste than the milder one btw

I have always struggled with bad breath! Even some toothpastes still leave my breath a little gross directly after brushing. But this stuff is the truth! Swish it around for 45-60 seconds then gargle for about 5-10 seconds, you’re golden! It gives your mouth a total reset, especially after a stinky lunch. I keep one bottle in my purse, one in my book bag, and one in the glove compartment in my car! Works wonders, especially if you tongue scrape and brush teeth daily!
