The security stickers of the box where compromise, also the box presents visible damage and the fans are dirty, some kind of ink over the fans

I’m someone who only uses thermaltake because I’ve been loyal since 2018. I bought 2 of these packs for a total of 6 fans and they are ALL DEAD. To make the matter worse, thermaltake did nothing to help me I sent them an email and an RMA request to return and they’ll send me new fans but I never got anything back. No confirmation no authorization from the request. The cherry on top is the controller is fried LITERALLY. On first start up I smelled burning plastic from just the 2 sets of SWAFANS and a distro block. Smoke… outstanding guys. Outstanding. Personally I wouldn’t buy these nor do I care simply cause I lost $200 seemingly out of no where and no one here to help. The RMA website was down and doesn’t even work… 0/10 worst experience I’ve ever experienced building a computer

Bought these fans because i love the way they look and the daisy chain feature. after about 6 months one started to rattle really bad but if you tap it it would go away. now one year of ownership two rattle horribly every time i turn on my computer. after smacking them around and unplugging and replugging them back in they eventually stop. overall they are a 2/5 star fan. they work and do what they are supposed to but the build quality is sub par.

Vi estos ventiladores en un video de Tik Tok y me parecieron muy buena opción si quería ahórrame el problema de los cables, y todo muy bien hasta que cuándo le quería cambiar las luces al RGB de otro color me di cuenta que un ventilador se quedaba con el los colores que tiene por defecto y no se podían cambiar. Otro pequeño fallo es que para que el RGB se ponga del color que yo le había puesto tengo que abrir el controlador para que se pongan del color que yo les puse, tal vez lo del fallo del RGB de mi ventilador sea un error de fabrica, pero omitiendo eso preferiría que los ventiladores se pusieran del color que yo les puse cuándo enciendo la PC
