This is my second thermopro thermometer. It works so good and easy to use. My first one broke after like 2 years, but during that time great use. Like the magnet it has in the back. Has spot on temp accuracy and never have to wonder if it’s wrong or not. The value is great and I can highly recommend this exact product after years of use. The display is bright and easy to see. Very durable in use around oil or grills.

After two of our other thermometers went bad at home, we purchased one from Amazon that had decent reviews but when it arrived it didn’t work. We replaced the batteries and it still didn’t work. So we did a return on that thermometer and ordered this one. It arrived and we noticed the quality of it was much better than any of the other ones we have ever used. It was better quality than the one that we ended up returning too. It’s easy to work and is great quality. Would recommend. Would purchase again.

This meat thermometer works really well and is easy to use. You have to install the battery (AAA), but they provide the screwdriver you need. It’s also magnetic, so you can clip it to any metal surface. To turn it on, you just swing open the probe (the metal tube) and stick the thin end in the meat. Reads the temp after 2 or 3 sec in nice big numbers. Easy to read and the meat comes out perfect. Works also great on fish (but look up corrects temps as they are different for fish). To turn it off, just swing the metal tube back into its storage grove. Display turns right off. Awesome!

After ruining my last two roasts with the old dial thermometers I bought this one. Used it on my roasts and steaks. Perfect cook temps!!! Easy to clean. And I wonder on the other reviews that say the battery was dead upon arrival, it has a tight clear plastic on the battery that you can’t tell is even there. Worked fine!! Great product.

I really like the large bright screen, seems sturdy overall. Only issue I’ve come across is it arrived with a bad battery. Not a huge deal but it took me a while to figure out that was the problem as I assumed they wouldn’t be shipping things out with batteries so old they’re dead out of the box. Aside from that, the “open to power on” idea seems great in theory but not sure how well it will work long term. Only time will tell, but for now happy with it. **It does hold accurate temp when tested in ice water so A+ on that**

My wired version with a bluetooth died as it apparently could not handle the heat (litterally, it melted on the outside of the grill enough to no longer work). So I bought this quick read to hold me over til I find another wireless version. So far I am liking this one even better than the previous wireless version. I don’t have to worry about running wires to the probes and it reads as quick as I can get the top of the grill off and get it in the meat. There is a magnet that holds it to anything steel and the numbers are large enough that I can read them without my readers. I use this every day I grill and it is holding up great. This one is a keeper.
