I have used the Rondo strings on my daughter’s violin in the past and the previous set sounded great for almost a year. We decided to replace with the same strings (Rondo) and they sounded good for about 2-3 weeks. After less than three months, they sound scratchy and we can see wear marks on all strings where the bow makes contact. She is a serious student but her practice/performance time has not increased since last year. I am not confident that I received a genuine product – watch out!

オブリガードより柔らかい音、ドミナントプロのざらざら音をさらになくした感じです
弦を調べた際、テンションが高いと書いてありましたけれどエヴァピラッツィ と比較するとテンションは高くなく楽器への負担を感じませんでした

D-string was inside of an A-string envelope and A-string in a D-string envelope, and the end of the strings were already bent as if they were used. I like Rondo strings but I wonder if the strings I received were not new strings.

I’ve these strings for a while now, and I’m pleasantly surprised at how long they’ve lasted me.
The sound is a bit on the sharper side for the A and E strings, but the lower strings have a good resonance.
In my opinion, it’s among the higher level of strings while still being under the $100 mark. Great choice!

These strings sound great, especially on an older instrument, where they really make the wood sing. They bring a sweet tone that’s lovely. But where they really stand out are stability and longevity. They stretch almost instantly after putting them on, you could replace one in a concert and barely need to retune. And where I was previously replacing Dominants about every 8 weeks, these lasted 5 1/2 months- nearly 3 times as long. Since they don’t cost 3x as much, this is actually a good value for a high quality string set!

直前はドミプロを試していましたが、毎日2時間程度の練習で2か月が寿命でした(音は好きだったが短命)。ロンドに張り替えてビックリ。イタリアン2挺を併行して使用し、弦は同時に張り替えて比べてきましたが、両方の楽器でどちらでも「良い!」と思う弦はコレが初めてです。ドミプロみたいに短命ではないとよいですが。
