My hair is wavy, but most products make it straighten out- even the ones that encourage texture or waves. This product never disappoints. I used heat protector and applied this texturizer while my hair was damp. I was running late so I blow dried a little, and let my hair air dry. It still looks awesome. 10/10 recommend.

Ok, first of all …for those wondering if this is a suitable replacement for Tigi’s discontinued Cocky, the quick answer is No. Comparing them side by side (I bought 3 bottles of Cocky when I heard it was discontinued) and these are completely different and for different applications.
Cocky is more sticky and glue-like and can be used as either a pre or post styler. It’s meant to be used this way. It has a decent hold and stiffness when it dries in the hair.
Back-it-Up is not sticky or glue like at all…it’s a soft creme and has hardly any hold at all. Once it dries in the hair it remains soft to the touch and never crunchy. This product is meant to be a pre styler only (use with wet hair and blow dry it out).
Now that the comparison is out of the way, I feel Back-it-up is good for what it does and what it’s intended use is for. You just have to use it as a pre styler, then blow dry your hair and style it with a different product afterwards.

Wie bisher alle Produkte von Bed Head tigi ist die Creme einfach perfekt! Ich habe einen Pixie Cut und dank diesem Produkt, gehören Bad Hair Days der Vergangenheit an. Einfach einen kleinen Klecks im feuchten Haar verteilen, kurz trocken föhnen und die Frisur hat den ganzen Tag Textur und fühlt sich dabei wunderbar weich und füllig an. Bin begeistert!
