I bought this set of 4 and one of them was defective. the return was accepted immediately and replacement was sent right away. No hassles. Chips are installed and seem to be working fine so far (I haven’t tested them much yet) . so, good service.

I order the memory and received it early the next day. I noticed use my browser that my machine would occasionally hang and figured out I could double my memory. I opened my machine and checked the memory and found that my PC had 4 sticks of 4 GB memory and the max it could hold was 4 sticks of 8 GB. Once it arrived, I installed and ran a system memory check, which passed with flying colors.

These work exactly as advertised. I ran them through a memory torture test and there were no issues whatsoever. I was wondering how hot these would get during operation because they don’t have a heat shield/spreader but they barely put off any heat. Unless these memory modules present some sort of issue in the future, these are a great value.
The only downside is I got a set with green PCBs instead of black so they don’t match the additional 2-pack I ordered, but that’s not a big deal since it is only cosmetic and the listing does say you’ll receive one of the two colors so I knew the possibility existed of randomly getting either color.

I bought 32GB to replace the 8GB of RAM in an old Dell XPS 8700. At first I was getting multiple beeps at boot up and it wasn’t working, so I powered down, popped them back out and reseated them and second try was a charm. It started up and recognized the new memory without a hitch. This was an inexpensive upgrade and I noticed an immediate and huge improvement in responsiveness, performance and reliability. So far I am having no issues and the computer hasn’t froze up like it was before. Excellent buy! Recommended.
