Texas Bear –
Nice watch. Son loves it. Box was a little beat up. Size is good for a small wrist.

Can’t find these in stores any more. This one replaces my old Timex of the same model which I’ve had for many years. My old one’s function buttons quit working and happy to have found this 😁.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Definitely recommend.

Very easy-to-read watch with the basic functions; Time, Alarm, Countdown timer, Stopwatch, Date. I like the “Indiglo” watch face light. The band is nylon/ “leather” which is better than the resin/plastic types that do not outlast the watch battery.

I purchased a Timex Men’s Expedition watch on 24 Nov 23 and in less than 5 months; the watch is resetting itself to 01 Jan 2016 every time I put it on. It seems the watch resets with the most simple movement or vibration. UNSATISFACTORY for a digital watch to say the least!! I’ve contacted TIMEX for repair or replacement and was sent “Repair Instructions” via email.
Summary: I was told by TIMEX, the repair work is done overseas and would take 2-3 months just to send the watch to the Philippines…. and also…. the repair fees are dependent on the type of repair and whether the watch is in or out of warranty. Once repair fees have been determined, the repair turnaround time is an ADDITIONAL 2-4 weeks after repair payment is made. In my case….. even though still under warranty, I would have to pay a shipping and handling fee and the whole process would take 4 – 5 months at a minimum!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??
My advice….. NEVER BUY A TIMEX PRODUCT…. The quality of their watches and the Customer Service of this company have seriously degraded. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY OR TIME on any TIMEX product. It’s hit or miss whether it will work or not. DO NOT expect quality customer service if you have a problem. You will be very disappointed, if fact OUTRAGED to say the least!!

I READ A REVIEW THAT SAID THIS VERSION WAS NOT AS GOOD AS PREVIOUS VERSION. NOT TRUE. THIS EXPEDITION WAS IDENTICAL MATCH TO MY CURRENT EXPEDITION (STILL WORKS AFTER 3 YEARS). HOPEFULLY IT WILL LAST FOR OVER 3 YEARS.

Fast strap ain’t fast. But it is very comfortable. Super easy to adjust for a perfect fit. If you arm swells in the summer heat, adjusting is easy.
The watch lens scratches easy against rocks… but for the price I can’t complain. The pros outweigh this imo.
I wear this watch daily at my outdoor construction job.
It survived my Florida vacation. Ocean waves didn’t defeat this watch.
Cleanings in the kitchen sink doesn’t defeat this watch. I regularly shower after work with this watch (to clean it too) and it is still dry inside.
Super light weight.
I really like the small stretchy band holding the watch to Velcro strap. I’ve bumped my watch on surfaces and think the stretch has saved the watch numerous times.
So many features in a simple package.
Everett Crawford –
I am really hard on watches. This one is tough and seem to be pretty much impervious to rough handling and banging it around. I am impressed with how well it works and keeps on working.
DPT –
This is a well-constructed, light, multi-purpose digital watch. I depend on it:
1. Quicker to check time than a cell phone
2. I use the alarm function daily at home or on the road. Can set 3 different alarms.
3. The stopwatch is quite helpful for timing walks/rides/kids events, whatever
4. The timer is easy to set and use no matter where you are. Quicker and easier than a kitchen stove timer that you can’t hear if you’re doing something out of the kitchen, for instance
The settings are easy, reliable. The battery (Cr2016) lasts for a couple of years.
This is NOT a watch that tracks physical activity/physiological parameters. I had an Apple Watch that did that, but gave it away in part because when in use the charge lasted less than 24 hours so I had to recharge it at least once a day. It also had a bewildering number of apps that were of no use to me and were subject to sharing data..
I’ve had 3 iterations of this watch over the last 15-20 years. Great, functional watch.
My only complaint is that changing the battery is difficult and should probably be done by a jeweler. I’ve tried after watching YouTube videos and have changed the battery, but each time have lost some functionality of the watch–the last time I lost the alarm for instance…

I have a small wrist and it fits perfectly. The strap is nice, much better than cloth straps I’ve had with past watches. Watch itself serves well; I’ve no need for anything fancy, and this suits my needs. Multiple alarms and a chronometer that can split laps; the night light is solid. The one thing that’s missing is a second clock – for another time zone – but it’s easy enough to set the time when I travel to a different time zone.
Will definitely buy this again if my current one ever needs to be replaced.
LaserFace –
There are two reasons I like this watch, and I keep buying it (or the Unisex version).
The main reason I first got one of these, the strap. Specifically, the way the velcro strap covers the metal back of the watch itself. It is much more comfortable, and did not cause me skin irritation for wearing it over a long time of active work all day, every day. If I have to take off a wrist watch during a good chunk of the day, it kind of defeats the purpose of a WRIST watch.
Second, it’s a good watch. Easy to use, three alarms, and you always miss the fact it lets you move the numbers BACKWARDS when going to other watches. That should really be a sales bulletpoint, because wow. It’s why I bought one for my Father, who also has worked in hot conditions where the more comfortable strap helps.
There are plenty of nice digital watches out there, but I have had difficulty finding any other watches where the strap comfortably covers the metal backing outside of some fancy and expensive leather strap analog ones which I do not get for obvious reasons.
I do agree that the strap it comes with, the plastic tab is a bit iffy. So I tend to splurge and get a replacement expedition strap that has the softer tab. The watches themselves tend to last me years and I admit just going and buying a new one is more of a matter of “Oh god, replacing watch batteries is always so awkward.” Especially if you do not own a microscopic screwdriver. That and the indiglow starting to die after years. My most recent watch still functions after *checks purchase history* October 2012, but the numbers fade out of view when I push the Indglow button.
So that’s two years before the indiglow dies, and even longer if you don’t mind the lack of reading it in the dark.

Essendo un malato di orologi posso dire di questo nuovo acquisto.Orologio non grande, non da’ fastidio e fa’ la sua figura con finiture color alluminio lo rendono molto bello, soddiisfatto in tutto . Amazono sempre ok
Avid Reader –
This is the 5th or 6th one of these watches I have purchased. I like the fact that it is smaller than most watches sold but still large enough that I don’t need reading glasses to see the time. I have a small wrist (man, 5ft7″, 150 lbs). My only complaint is that they only last about 1 yr. The dayglow light gets dimmer and even if I install a new battery that doesn’t fix the problem.
