We had our Toyota hylander stolen in Montreal. The car had remote tracking however we had left the car for a few days. The thieves parked in a parking garage so tracking didn’t help. I have installed this on my ford f150 as it is also a prime candidate for thieves. Hopefully this low tech device noise will frighten them off. The alarm is not as loud as I had hoped but I think will still do the job. It’s seems like cheap protection.

Sehr gute und einfache Alarmanlage für den Preis. Installation einfach, musste nur das rote Plus-Kabel etwas verlängern, da für SUV etwas zu kurz. Alle 7 Stufen der Empfindlichkeit ausprobiert und habe mich für die Stufe 3 entschlossen, ist aber vom Einbauort abhängig. Beim Unwetter sollte man die Anlage lieber deaktivieren, aber ansonsten Top.

Works great. I can’t see the street from my apartment. I live in San Francisco in a neighborhood where there is always noise at night . The alarm unfortunately has unfortunately gone off if another car alarms next to it for some reason.
This is so much cheaper than the Hevorr alarm i bought on Amazon which was much more cumbersome and difficult to install in my tiny corner battery in my little Honda.

This is an easy install and will fit virtually any car battery, and a good value for its price.
And alot of the car alarms will not fit on the tiny batteries that come with the smaller
mini hatchback cars like mine.
I have been using this alarm for a month now and it works pretty well. The only setback is that it will occasionally go off if another car alarm sounds or there is another loud noise nearby.

This is a great alarm for the price point, but wish it had more then just 7 levels for sensitivity setting. The DC-10 plans set it off on 6 just flying over my home, 7 works fine, but loud cars driving bye can sometimes set off the alarm also. Set up was so easy, I’m using this for my new Cargo trailer and I installed it in the metal box mounted on the tong. It has a battery installed for trailer brakes and lights inside, so I just hooked it up to the battery and mounted it to the side of the box with 2 large pop rivets, done. Now if someone rubes there hand on the ball part (to try and steal the trailer) the alarm goes off. Perfect.

La recibi el otro dia y se ve facil de instalar ademas siendo sin destruccion no hay problema que la centralita d ela alarma se cargue la ECU ya que mi coche es moderno y las alarmas universales no se aconsejan para estos coches y la alarma de origen es cara aparte de tener que codificar las llaves del coche con la alarma, y esta se peude activar cuando tu quieras si no la dejas apagada y listo!, espero no llevarme una decepcion, ya que me da algo de miedo que me descargue la bateria, sep onga a sonar sin motibo o me haga un corto y se prenda fuego! Espero que no……!!!!!

It has 3 important issues. Even set to most sensitive the alarm does not go off if door is open nor does it have a panic button. The alarm also does NOT go off until ignition is turned over. I think I would check out other alarms before purchasing this one. Not recommended.

The alarm is quite loud and it will get the attention of scum bag thieves. I like the 7 levels of sensitivity. It is sensitive. Factory setting was set at sensitivity #4. I changed it to #7 because the wind kept setting it off as it rocked my pickup. It installs easily under the hood facing downward. Attach the positive and ground wires to your battery and you are ready to go. It comes with an inline fuse. The two remote controls are of nice quality. It’s surprisingly well built for the price.

This is a loud alarm, really sensitive, worked well for about a month. Now it has no sensitivity whatsoever. You have to start the engine before it will go off. That’s a little better than nothing at all, so I give it one star. It baffles me how they make this stuff so it will last exactly a month. I’ll be buying a better quality product from another seller.
