I’ve only used this dryer for a week or so, but thus far, I’m very happy with it. The moment I opened the box i knew I would like this hairdryer, due to the quality materials and ergonomic, aesthetic design choices.
The cord is longer than most and heavy duty (this is usually the first thing to go when my dryers have broken in the past). The texture of the dryer itself has a pleasing, smooth/soft, matte feeling and appearance.
As far as operation, it dries very fast, and my hair tends to take way longer than it seems it should. I Like that it has three settings for speed, three for temp, and a cooling option.
My only suggestion, if I were going to modify the design, is to reverse the direction you push the buttons for more heat and more power/speed. Maybe I’m just not used to it yet, but the buttons seem backward to me. For more heat and higher speed, the buttons must be pushed them downward. Like a light switch is pushed up to turn on or brighten, I instinctually want to push the dryer buttons up to go higher or hotter. That would make ease of use more intuitive and ergonomic in my opinion. This however does not affect my overall level of satisfaction with the hair dryer, as it is a rather trivial detail; one that I’ll get used to eventually.
The main thing is that the hair dryer is easy to use, feels good in my hand, and gets the job done as advertised. Oh one more little suggestion— I use the nozzle attachment, and when I switch sides, I need to rotate it a little bit so the airflow is pointing at the correct angle. Due to the awesome matte finish, it’s kinda hard to rotate the attachment so I end up having to get a better hold of it to rotate, which tends to burn my hand a little. Perhaps a band of smoother material in just that area would make it easier to change direction. On the other hand, it’s nice that it retains its position and doesn’t easily get knocked out of place or fall of when I put it away in the drawer. Also, not important enough to change my review or overall opinion, just a little feedback for your design team!😉

Been using for a week and very pleased! I wanted a dryer that wasn’t so loud my cats scattered; and they don’t!! I also like the removable filter option for cleaning. The speeds work well for my needs with short thick hair and dries in any 10 min maybe less. The hottest setting doesn’t burn me so is it hot enough? It is lighter in weight compared to the Shark I just pitched after 2 yrs and so much quieter!
Only complaint is the original box was crushed so if this were to have been a gift, it would have been frustrating.

The blow dryer I received was not rose gold as ordered, it was black and red. Not that this should make a big difference, but I did choose it in part because of the color and matching my bathroom. Now it does not match and it looks like a race car. Otherwise it seems to work fine, it seems nice quality and I like the fact that it has two different switches for heat and speed that can be adjusted separately in any combination. I like how the cold air button is very accessible with your thumb that’s holding the air dryer so you don’t have to change your grip to push it. I like how the different pieces that attach to the nozzle just move off and on through Just sliding it over the nozzle and pushing it into place. You can just twist it off and on easily. All the other hair dryers I’ve had with attachments they click off and on and overtime become loose and fall off instantly and don’t even stay on. I can tell that this will likely never happen with this hair dryer. So overall I really like it, I have only did a blowout when my hair was already dry with it so far. Haven’t had a chance to use it from fully wet hair yet. It does nicely smooth the hair, especially when used with a round ceramic brush.

I bought this for my wife and both of us are happy with it. It is quiet compared to other dryers we have used in the past. It dries her hair quicker which was the reason for getting a new hair dryer. I choose this model after reading the reviews and looking at the features. It is lightweight but has a heavy duty cord which makes if seem heavier than it actually is. I would recommend this hair dryer but it is rather expensive compared to others.

I love that this blow dried my hair in minutes. Doesn’t make my hair frizzy and Greta hold when styling it. The only thing I wish it was a little shorter in length and lighter. It’s very tiring. Overall it’s a great dryer!!
