I am a single 57 year old woman. I needed a new desk that was stout and reliable… that should last me the rest of my life. I found this desk on Amazon, I read the reviews about the desk AND the people reporting the ease of assembly. I decided to try. WOW. People, I am 57… and I did this by myself!!! It took me a little over 3 hours, but I DID IT!! It looks fantastic!! The precision of the pre-drilled holes is amazing!! Everything fit perfectly. After the assembly, I was astounded at the strength of the overall construction. AND, it’s beautiful. If you are looking for a desk of these approximate dimensions, I say that you shouldn’t shop any further. Buy this one… You WON’T be sorry. In closing, the packaging was VERY well done. All of the contents were securely packed to assure zero damage. And the shipping was extremely quick, and handled by the delivery company. I recommend this desk… TWO thumbs up!!

This desk is poorly designed. The allen wrench threaded bolts used to attached the legs to the frame will not tighten snugly to the frame. This leaves the desk wobbly and difficult to move without it falling apart. Additionally, the long end of the desk top comes in two pieces making the entire desktop surface four adjoining pieces with very obvious separation points. This is not clearly shown in the store photos. Overall, the desk will work for what i needed but not happy with this purchase.

The desk is nice for the price. It really can only work in one configuration, not as 2 separate desks if you’re wondering. Also, the feet stick out SO far, my daughter tripped on it and ended up with a bad concussion on her head from hitting the ground. There’s no barrier, just a metal bar sticking out nearly to the edge of the desk, and I’ve stubbed my toes on it before.

While unpacking this desk, parts were damaged and the metal legs seemed very flimsy. While putting it together, the legs were wobbly and its borderline impossible to move. If you try and move it the desk, it wants to fold in half since the bolted frame is crap. I tightened the bolts as tight as I could and they never got that tight, since it would just dent the metal frame instead. I would NOT buy this desk! At this point it’s too complex to take it apart and go buy a big box to ship it back in, since the box fell apart when opening it. I’m considering this a loss and I’m probably just gonna throw away. Waste of money! Crappy material.
