I ordered the “TRICO Exact Fit 14 Inch Rear Wiper Blade Fits Select Honda Pilot 2015-2009, Part Number 14-F” and it was a perfect fit for my 2012 Honda Pilot.
It has the additional critical attachment that fits into the notch on the Pilot’s tailgate when not in use. The design is nearly identical to the original and the quality seems decent, but not as high quality as the Bosch wipers I use on the front window. It does NOT include the rubber covering for the attachment so be sure to remove it from your old wiper for use on the new one.
Installation takes a couple of minutes when following the included instructions. I have only used it for 1 day during a rain storm and it performed well. I’ll update when I have a better sense of the longevity.

Finally found one that worked!!!! I’ve spent way too long researching and even returning a wiper blade that wasn’t compatible before finding this one.
Turns out, the reason so many people, including me, have trouble is that there are two different versions of the rear wiper attachment for the Mazda 3 Hatchback 2018. It depends on if your car was manufactured in Mexico or Japan. Look up the VIN# and if it starts with JM it’s Japan and if it’s 3M it’s Mexico.
Turns out I have a 3M, which has a thicker attachment piece. If you have 3M, use Trico 12-B. If you have 3J, use Trico 12-A.
The part arrived in good condition, and fit perfectly, took under a minute to replace (tip, remove the plastic cap at the base of wiper so you get full range of motion to replace the blade). I know some people complain about the wiper not fitting the curve of the glass, but mine seemed to wipe the full surface just fine. Just glad to be done with this mess, lol
