I can’t believe how good these sound! This is not a “for the price” review either. They just sound good. I’d put them up against the Zildjian L80 set any day. I was tired of hitting rubber on plastic with my electric kit because the feel was just way off. Now I can get all the nuisances of a regular cymbal, but still stay married! They look stellar as well!
This is only day 1 with them, and I will update my review if needed, but so far they don’t show any signs of use…and I hit hard! I’d expect these to hold up to much more abuse. The quality and durability seem to be there.
I love the versatility of the different sizes as well. It’s the same setup I use on my acoustic kit, so this was perfect for home practice. And they actually sound like different cymbals!
So, if you’re humming and hawing about dropping the coin on these, just get them! You won’t regret it.

Bought these bc the set came w a china. They work great. Super low volume and the set comes w moon gel to attach to the bottom if u want a lower tone. Definitely recommend.

I’m not a professional drummer by any means but I love these cymbals , hi hats sound great splash isn’t to bad the China isn’t the best but still totally useable and the noise reduction is very nice

So I read reviews on most of the low volume cymbals available on Amazon. I could have gotten cheaper cymbals, but I bought these because it included the China. The sound quality of these are not great, but I didn’t get them to record or play live shows with. These are so we can have band practice at lower volume, and it delivers. The crashes and ride sound the best out of the set, the hi hats sound weird alone but in the mix they are ok. The China was severely disappointing, it’s really unusable like many others have said on other sets… It only represents a China in form, not sound lol. The splash is fine, but I don’t use it. These are made from stainless steel so they’re very durable. It comes with a cymbal bag, a pair of 5A sticks, and moon gels for the cymbals. It saves our ears at practice, it’s affordable, and it saves the Meinls for shows, so it’s a win, I’d buy it again… But maybe without the China?

Sounds Great. My goal was to play quieter, upscale gigs and these did the trick. Lots of compliments. Could still use my similar or even greater physical intensity with big crash theatrics with 25% of the normal sound. Singers, guitarists, and audience members appreciated not being blasted out of a smaller venue. I also used mesh snare and bass drum heads, completing the quiet sound.

Nice price for some extra choices in sound.

The low volume cymbals in conjunction with mesh drum heads allow me to practice without disturbing the neighbors.

These cymbals are of good quality, look and sound like more expensive sets. The number of cymbal you get with the bag and a pair of sticks is a real good value.

I’m a new drummer and haven’t had an opportunity to tryout any of the “low volume” cymbals that seem popular these days, so I was excited to test this one out.
It was in fact a little quieter than other cymbals of similar size, and the steel does feel like stronger, though time will tell. The tone was pretty good, but I think you lose a little sustain with this type of design. Still a great little cymbal, good for stacking and using as an accent, and the price is low enough where I think it’s a good value.
