I ordered a large/xl. Received a small/medium. These are tiny for my child in youth sizes. Weird cut, super slim and long.
The quality/sizing seems off.

Honestly these are the perfect lightweight mittens for being active outside in cold weather. Just enough insulation to provide warmth, but thin enough for my hands to not overheat. The headband has fleece on the inside and elastic at the back for a good fit.
Now… the SIZING. Absolutely absurd. Per the size chart on UA’s website I’m a solid medium, so I ordered the small/medium because I wanted a slim fit. And I sure got that! Technically I was ABLE to get them on my hands, but they were stretched to within an inch of their life. I returned that set and got the large/extra large instead. Pefect fit! (Not the headband, but that’s due to my massive head.)
For reference my hands are 7.25 in around the knuckles and 7 in long. The L/XL is a slim fit, but not tight.

I loved the mittens when I first got them. They are thin, but still warm because they have fleece lining. However, they have already ripped in several spots on the seams, and I have only had them for about 2 months. Disappointing.
The headband is fine.

Look nice etc. but holy cow the sizes seem to be way off?? I’m glad I ordered the large/X-Large because even that size was very tight?? Can’t imagine what the small size would be like probably would even be tight on a kid?? Plus they are very thin seems to be more for looks than for warmth??
